I can't say enough good things about Jess & Brandon but I'll try :)They put on a killer class that gets you sweating, building muscle, and strengthening your endurance every time. You'll never have the same routine twice as they switch things up with every class. They have created a class environment that supports all levels and abilities. Even if you haven't exercised in a decade, you'll fit in and be totally welcomed. Jess & Brandon care about everyone's success. They are extremely knowledgeable in their field. I am long over due in writing this review.  This place is great and the owners, Jessica and Brandon, are fantastic trainers and genuinely good people.  I get a challenging routine in a group setting.  Quality of an exercise is preached over quantity.  I am stronger and leaner!  I have found a fun community of people at Sweat. I've been to sweat nearly 10 times and each time it's been a great experience. True to the name I get a good sweat every time. Brandon and Jessica focus on functional training which has improved my form and overall strength over time. Other gyms I've been to ceased to be effective after the 2nd or 3rd workout, but at Sweat I've been sore each time because I've never had to do the same workout twice. Highly recommend. More...

I attended their mobility/durability class through Classpass, and this place lives up to their name.  I'm not a stranger to taking my body to the limit, but this class really brought out my weaknesses.  At the end of the class (actually closer 75% of the way through) there were drops of sweat falling from my head onto the floor.  They really know what they're doing.  I left the class exhausted, but feeling fantastic.Brandon was the instructor that day and was excellent.  He gave us his full attention and was patient in guiding us through the workout.  His personality gave off a great vibe, and I felt comfortable in exerting myself and failing plenty.They offer a wide range of classes, so definitely stop by and try some out.  I'm excited to see how far they can go. WOOOOH! I workout regularly on my own so getting pushed further than I usually push myself was AWESOME. Brandon is a great trainer.
