I got three more quotes and Scott came out on top.
He came round within a week day and time as agreed and with two other guys finished the job in a day satisfactory.
I've asked him to do further work.

We used them earlier this year to replace several broken slate tiles (the previous owner had let a tree grow across the roof) and to seal a leak in our box gutter.
