Although the war diet isn't my favorite, proper nutrition is the end all be all of a healthy lifestyle. Meaning its EVERYTHING! you can workout 5-6 days a week and not eat right you will feel it. Nutrition is key to mental, emotional, and physical well being.

With one day at a time. We work together to ensure that we build a plan that fits into the current lifestyle of the client. We also assess and reassess our progress with biweekly to monthly fitness and endurance test. I perform biweekly measurements to document the progress my client is making.

The three D’s...Determination, Dedication, and Discipline. Also honesty with yourself and your trainer.

Knowing that each day I’m blessed with I am helping another to live their best life that they can.

Being an athlete and loving fitness growing up I knew I wanted this to be part of my life in some way. Also being a military wife that includes lots of travel, I had to think of something that made me happy and that I was passionate about but that I could always take with me. I love inspiring others to expose greatness and to be the best self or to create an even better self. I wouldn't have it any other way!

I’m educated, experienced, relatable and vastly skilled. Being a women’s wellness expert and having experienced my own health/weight hardships, I can truly say I’ve been there and can promise you with me behind you and your hard work we’ get through it. I also specialize in women of physical abuse and sexual abuse. We work together to rediscover the beauty within you. Its not your fault, you being beautiful does not make it your fault. Lets work together to find the best version of YOU!

Choose between a 30 or 50 min one on one personal training session. Rates begin at $55 and include everything needed to be successful including my app for homework and instant real time messaging.

Lets get acquainted! We will dig deep into the mental, emotional, and physical wellness on all levels. Rates begin at $65 session.
