Tess is an excellent RMT. I just started using her after Miranda left the clinic in May, and very pleased with the way she does her massages with me. She is very friendly, caring, warm, outgoing, and respectful towards me. It is important to her that you feel comfortable in your massage and is willing to adjust her technique on you if it too much. Tess also takes your needs into very strong consideration. I'm glad I was recommended to Tess when I had a difficult choice who to use as my new RMT moving forward, and I'm happy we connect very well with each other. More...

I've been seeing the new RMT Chantale for my last couple of visits and she has been absolutely amazing at pinpointing my pain points and getting the knots out. I went to the Swansea spa for a RMT facial and I would highly recommend it! It was such a nice clean spot and was really tranquil. The massage/facial was absolutely perfect and really exceeded my expectations. The staff there was also very welcoming and kind.

I had the sports massage yesterday. Thanks so much Miranda, for loosening my tight muscles on my shoulders and legs from working out. I went to this clinic for a deep tissue massage with Angela. The clinic itself was very nice; everything was very clean, and the environment was peaceful. Angela was very professional and courteous. She frequently checked in with me at all the right times - somehow she knew exactly when I needed something! The massage itself was excellent! So good, in fact, that next time I plan on booking a 90 minute instead of 60 minutes. I will definitely be returning, and I would definitely recommend this clinic (and Angela!) to anyone who is looking for a calm, peaceful, yet professional, massage experience. More...

I visit anytime I have persistent aches and pains. Every session has definitely been worth it. The RMTs are friendly, knowledgeable, and very skilled. The clinic has a very relaxing atmosphere and the rooms are both clean and extremely comfortable. Reception is always courteous and helpful and they can bill your insurance company directly. It is very easy to book online or over the phone. Appointments are necessary. The clinic is walking distance from Jane station and a green 'P' parking lot but it is not wheelchair accessible (second floor.) More...

4/5 because nothing is perfect, right?Likes: easy online booking, reasonable cost, insurance on the spot, clean, friendly staff, I have some extended coverage through work and lower back pain so I figured why not. Michele was very nice and very good. She asked if I wanted deep tissue and I said "I don't know, how strong are you?" She laughed and said not very, but holy cow! My advice is to always communicate because I just gritted my teeth and tried to bare it.  She must of heard my whimper because she had to ask if it was too hard, and when I said yes she laughed and said it wasn't even that deep yet.  Once she and I agreed on the right amount of pressure it was great.  Those spa massages are a waste of money. Seriously.  My only question is am I supposed to tip? Because Michelle was great but there was not option when I paid debit. I will be back.And in response to other reviews, don't go anywhere to get a service without knowing 100% that you can pay (coverage or not). I mean come on! More...

Sweet clinic above a store on Bloor st.  Loved being able to book my massage online.  Reception staff were lovely.  I enjoyed a glass of lemon infused water while waiting, and I love that my massage therapist also handed me a glass of water after the massage, as well as a sachel with tea bag and bath salts to take home.  Nice touch!  The waiting room chairs have been moved since the last reviewer was in and now face towards the reception which is comfortable.The sauna was great!  It was all set up with lots of clean towels and a big beautiful shower stocked with lovely products.  My only wish was that since my massage was directly after my sauna I would have liked to have been invited to wear a robe and stay in the sauna/shower room until called for my massage.  I ended up doing that anyway, but felt a little awkward about it, since I hadn't been instructed to do so.  I could have asked, they probably would have been fine with it.   Anyway, it worked out fine, and that way I didn't need to get dressed only to undress 5 min later for the massage, which I guess is what most people do. The massage was wonderful, the therapist was knowledgeable and attentive; he encouraged lots of communication which helped me to totally feel at ease to say what I wanted more of and less of.  He focused exactly on the area I said I wanted help with, and offered suggestions of things I can do at home as well, which I appreciate, and also the honesty that he couldn't promise what effects I would get.  I felt wonderfully well cared for and understood.Prices are entirely reasonable.Overall, I very much enjoyed my experience at Swansea and look forward to going back.
