Maya is the best wedding planner on the face of the earth. Hands down. If you use anyone else, you're an idiot. Her team was absolutely fantastic. The amount of time and effort that she put into our event was insane. She managed myself and my wife like a charm, and we are not necessarily the easiest or most relaxed people on earth. Our firm needed a classy affair to be put together lickety-split. A colleague who had attended another "Swank-y" affair recommended Swank Productions to our team. Maya Kalman of Swank put together the most amazing, impressive corporate event that any of us has ever attended. Our clients were so blown-away; they gave US all the credit for the chock-full-of-ideas affair that (supposedly) WE put together !? We, in turn, give Maya & Swank ALL the credit. Simply perfect!! My husband and I are both from out of town (actually out of the country) so we needed all the help we could get to organize our wedding in New York! ! When we first met Maya and the team we immediately knew they were up to the challenge! We were quite vague about what we wanted and at the same time we had specific things from our cultures we absolutely wanted to incorporate. All the rest basically we left on their hands and the result was simply spectacular!! All of our 120 guests couldn't stop telling us how beautiful everything was and what a great event it had been! From the ceremony setup, the flowers, the tables and silverware, everything was spotless!! All the vendors they put us in contact with, for the flowers, music, rentals, invitations, make-up, photography, etc were very professional and provided us with top quality service each time!! The result was a very smooth event where everything fell into place harmlessly. My husband and I felt we were floating trough the whole thing without a care in the world and enjoying every minute of it!! And there were lots of minutes to enjoy as we absolutely wanted to party all night long and the reception wasn't over until 3 AM!! When we all left tired and super happy with everything, Swank was still there wrapping up for us!! Maya, thanks again for everything!! If we ever throw a big party again (maybe for our 10th anniversary? ), Swank will be definitely the first people we will call! More...

Maya and team did our wedding at Gotham Hall this past April and meant to write them a raving review but finally have the time to write one now. They did an amazing job and took care of everything for us. My husband and I both have demanding jobs and they made wedding planning so easy for us. They took care of every little detail and didn't have to worry about one thing during the day of the wedding. Swank Productions connected us with the top vendors in NYC and saved us so much time in trying to find the best people to work at our wedding. We were happy with every single vendor we had who was of course recommended by Swank and the outcome was amazing. The decorations, music, food, photography and execution of the entire day were flawless. We still receive many comments on how great our wedding was and it was last Spring! We chose Swank because of a recommendation from our friend and we are so happy we did. Recommendations are key to choosing a wedding planner!

I would definitely recommend Swank and will use them again for any future parties we have as husband and wife! We miss them! More...
