thank you for taking such good care of Teddy. he started at Swaggle to help with his nervous behaviour and unwanted barking around new dogs and people. from day 1 we have been supported and have updates and pics sent. they have taken my other 2 dogs out last minute too. I never worry about their safety. iv been home when Ted is collected and he gets so excited to leave he doesn't look back! it's also lovely to see our yorkie gets excited to see both jack and jem too and shes not as accepting! She talked to me about the result I wanted and about what I could expect from both the one stitch facelift and the liquid facelift (fillers) I opted for the Radiesse fillers which Karen felt would produce better results, and am very happy I did. Our Millie is a little apprehensive around new people and took a while to settle going for walks with Lotti and Helena. Ignore the negative comments - I have a 5 year old staffie who has been with other local walkers, who were awful !! - He has 3 walks a week for 2 hours a time (I work from home on the other days) - he thoroughly enjoys his time with the gang. All I can say is this is the worst company I have ever had dealings with. We had been using them for occasional dog walks when shifts collided. We were always met with praise for our dog and his behaviour. However the last time he was walked by them I was shocked to receive a long text message ranting about my 'nightmare' dog and how he never behaves. (They did not even have the decency to speak to me in person or over the phone).This was obviously surprising to me as they had never previously highlighted an issue so therefore I did not have the chance to apologise or rectify the problem. I then phoned them to discuss the issues raised but was met with a severely belligerent attitude whereby they decided to disrespect my wife and I, and even attempt to verbally attack our relationship. I fully understand that all dogs can test patience from time to time, and I would expect people who choose dog walking as a career to also (my dog is only 1 year old!). I feel that this company need to work on their communication skills and I can only hope they do not treat anyone else the way we were treated. If we were made aware of the issues they had, we would have been able to solve them along the way rather than being led to believe he was always no trouble. To run a dog walking company as it should be, I love dogs and caring for them.
Why should our clients choose you?
We provide fun walks in the countryside, over the hills and far away! We also do beach walks and social sessions in our secure field.
We have a wealth of knowledge between us and all have animal handling training.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We wear masks and distance when collecting customers dogs, our own leads too. We disinfect everything we touch including door handles and keys.
Dog walking
30 min, 60 min or 2 x 60 min walks.
Locations are varied day to day to provide variety and cure curiosity. It also helps relieve destructive behaviours.
Pet sitting
We provide in house pet holidays, your dog can expect 24 hour supervision, comfy surroundings, 2x walks per day, socialisation with other dogs and lots of fuss.
You can expect regular updates and photos of your dogs stay as well as peace of mind that your dog is in safe insured hands :)
Dog social sessions
We now offer doggy social sessions in our 2.5 secure field in Wouldham so your dogs can run freely with others whilst being monitored and guided through different behaviours. Positive reward based training.
Secure field hire
Our secure 2.5 acre field is up for Hiring an hour at a time, you can park within the field and the gate is completely lockable. One, two, three and strettcchh those legs!
