Mindy provided the food to our wedding in Chelmsford and it was outstanding. All 100+ guests enjoyed everything they ate and Mindy was extremely helpful and understanding in preparing for the day. After looking for local caterers to Hylands House my wife and I found Mindy and Swaad. After attending her lovely house and sampling the amazing food our decision was made. The day ran smoothly in part to the professionalism of Mindy and her staff and the high quality and taste of the food.
