I have had a massage to relieve muscle aches and tension. I could feel the release almost instantly.
The other day I had an hour health rejuvenation massage with Vanessa. She was lovely and a calming influence. She listened to my concerns and checked the pressure was okay. I left feeling total bliss and pure relaxation. I can't wait to book in my next massage. I have already recommeded stepping stones to all my colleagues and most of my friends who live close by.

This place is a gem. Really clean and welcoming staff. Izabela gives great massages. My husband and I have both been multiple times and gotten massages from different staff and they are always high quality and so reasonably priced. What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about my job is watching the transformation of clients. I liken it to the life cycle of a butterfly. Sometimes we are stuck in our cocoons, but after a period of time the caterpillar emerges as a butterfly, able to fly beautifully, effortlessly and free from confinement.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own private practice because I wanted to make counselling more accessible to those in my community.
The cost of counselling can, over time, be quite expensive; I simply wanted to provide an important service that was affordable.
Finally, waiting lists, and referrals from GP's can leave people in need, waiting indefinitely to see someone.
