I'm making my 3rd booking with SW Limo, with Brent, of course, he always answers, but never drives! Just a little shout out to the earlier troll and his absurd, dishonest review, wow! Back to me and my 3rd booking with Brent, I use him because he delivers what he says, when he says. His driver, I've requested the same one, is awesome, and I'm sure I'd be happy with any one of them. It's a family owned business with a modest fleet, I appreciate that personal touch, you know, when the guy who answered your call remember s you! Even though Sox months have passed. and the same driver shows up, early, and greets your kid by name and remembers it was your wife's 45th birthday, where we ate, etc. Give Southwest an opportunity to show you what real limo service looks like. Just dont ask Brent to drive you! He wont, because he doesn't and never has. (Nice touch mr troll, Brent or Brad!? Really? If I had that experience I sure would have remembered the guys name.) Not sure who wrote the last review but it must be a hater ( competitor) who wants to hurt the business. If you look at the Yelp reviews over multiple years you will see how we really run this business. I never drive customers ( *****) so everything in the review its total BS!
