Helping people! Whether through positive change in the mind and / or body or through self-acceptance and allowing the best version of yourself to shine through.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own yoga teacher in london - her studio and her yoga was an oasis for me during some difficult times and I want to give that sanctuary to people too.
Why should our clients choose you?
I’ve been practicing yoga for 8 years and as a previous lawyer in a high pressured job with little time for myself and my own health, I understand how beneficial yoga is for boosting our immune system, triggering the parasympathetic nervous system and allowing us to feel good in body and mind.
