Rochelle is a true Artist! My family loves her! She can give a wiggling 7 year old a great haircut. She can also make teenage boys feel great about themselves. She takes time to listen to what her clients want and need. Rochelle was able to create a beautiful partial updo for my daughters first communion. My son wanted bright colored hair.
