I love Suzanne, the owner of this boutique. (And sorry for the late post, I'm the worst at using my Yelp on time lol )Suzanne is an amazing seamstress. You *will absolutely* get top quality alterations on your gown. She and her team are sweet, pleasant, and accommodating. I chose her boutique because of the amazing inventory and being so helpful to me as an out of state bride. Most of my bridesmaids were also out of state. If I could give 10/5 I would. Suzanne and all her lovely ladies at Suzanne's Bridal were above and beyond in their service. I had bought a dress from them with the intent to completely redo the top and I was so unsure if it would turn out the way I had envisioned. Suzanne was confident and with decades of experience she had every reason to be. After 7 fittings yes, 7 (we did so much to it) my dress fit me like a glove, and was the dress of my dreams. First bridal boutique I looked at for dresses, it was getting closer to the wedding and I needed a dress asap.I cannot thank Bryghtyn enough for being so kind and helpful! Literally brightened ( ) my day! The very first dress I tried on was exactly what I needed, and she helped me find a dress within my budget. I had such a wonderful experience at Suzanne's! I had my appointment schedule with Diana and she was so wonderful. She made the process easy and enjoyable, she had me laughing and smiling the whole appointment. It felt like we had been friends for awhile, that's how comfortable she made me feel. I went on Saturday to find my dream dress and I had my mind set on a fitted gown. Diana opened my mind to different styles. I went home thinking about one dress and went back the very next day to try on more dress with Diana. I ended up finding the most perfect dress to wear on my big day! Suzanne's was the first place I went to try on dresses. I didn't expect to find "the dress" that day; it was over a year before the wedding and I didn't even know exactly what kind of dress I was looking for. However, the girls at Suzanne's brought 8-10 dresses over for me based on what they thought I might like, and I immediately fell in love with the second dress I tried on! I tried the rest on just to be sure, but then knew I had to cancel the other bridal salon appointment I had made for later that day because the second dress I tried on was "the one." They didn't tell me until I bought the dress that they would be doing the alterations, but I figured it made sense and Suzanne must be great at what she does since everything in her salon is so beautiful. I wasn't told until my first fitting that all alterations would cost an additional $200+ so that was disappointing but again, it made sense and I wasn't NOT going to get my dress altered to fit me perfectly. However, I ended up having to go in for like 5 different fittings, and 2-3 of those fittings seemed unnecessary as I couldn't see any difference in my dress from one appointment to the next for 2-3 of those fittings. Ultimately, I would give the final product an 8/10 because while the dress was absolutely beautiful, I felt it didn't fit me 100% perfectly in the waist/chest area and believe it could have been taken in just a little bit more in those areas. The girls had talked me into getting a larger size than I knew I needed, saying it's easier to take the dress in than to make it bigger (which I agree with), but I think that led to the problem in the end and it may not have been so hard to take so much in to make it fit me perfectly if they had ordered me the smaller size. After all, the size I tried on in the store was big on me; I should have ordered that size and had just a little taken in, but they talked me into getting another size up. I know they didn't want me to end up not fitting in the dress they ordered, but I also feared they may have wanted me to need alterations for $200+ more. I will say, I couldn't find as beautiful dresses anywhere else that I briefly looked at online, and Suzanne is super nice and easy to work with/schedule for fittings. I'm not the kind of bride that's been dreaming of her wedding since being a little girl. I went into this process blind with no idea what to expect. Long story short, going to Suzanne's was the right choice for me!Suzanne's bridal was the first boutique I went to and I'm so glad I chose to stay there. Every part of the process not only made me feel comfortable but also gave me confidence that I was in the right place. Each employee treats you like family and welcomes you with absolute professionalism.When I first went into the shop, I had prepared my stylist (shout out, Nicole!) with an idea of what kind of dress I wanted (again, I had no real idea). Nicole not only helped me find the dress that fit my body, but also was completely honest about her concerns with my initial ideas. Let's just say, I truly don't have the right body type for an A-line and Nicole helped me visually see that without making me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. I am so grateful for that kind of honesty because no one wants to look like a sack of potatoes on their wedding day, am I right?Fast forward to the fitting process. It did take a few times (3-4 appointments) to get everything just right, but let me tell you; Suzanne is a master of her craft. I really appreciated that she took the time to make sure each step of the process was taken with care. It also gave me enough time to think on extra alterations I might want.I can confidently say I know I'll look stunning on my wedding day and it's all because I chose this shop. I didn't want to go to a major chain and I also wanted to find a shop that I could trust.Suzanne and her whole team (Nicole, Diana, Angel, everyone!), thank you for making this experience so uplifting and comfortable. I highly recommend Suzanne's Bridal Boutique. My daughter's wedding dress was fit for a queen and perfectly altered. We got all the bridesmaid dresses there as well as the maid of honor's and all were exquisite! Suzanne assisted us in one of our bridesmaids coming from afar and altered her dress a few days before the wedding. My Mother of the Bride's dress was beautiful and Suzanne made it fit perfect. Let me just start by saying everything about this place is wonderful! I first found them on Instagram and fell in love with multiple dresses that urged me to go look 5 months before I planned on going. I scheduled my appointment over the phone with Alexis and it was a very easy scheduling process and she was extremely friendly during our conversation! They told me I would be able to send dress ideas to them via Facebook so we messaged back and forth for a few days and they even went out of their way to request a dress from a drunk show I was interested in so I would be able to try it on! So so awesome! Immediately upon arrival the staff were all very friendly, Alexis was my bridal consultant during my appointment, she was amazing and she made me very comfortable and the appointment such a wonderful experience. She helped me try on so many dresses until I found MY dress and helped me with the accessories and every little detail! Now Suzanne, she is also amazing!
