Everyone should have 'a Suzanne'. Her methods were subliminally effective. After our chemistry meeting alone, I found myself walking taller and seeing options in a new light. I would recommend her highly for anyone seeking to improve their outlook and performance. More...

Q&As

The light bulb moments. Total job satisfaction is watching your client leave the room, feeling great about themselves, excited about the options for success that they have just developed - themselves.

The focus of psychology continues to rest upon cure rather than prevention. Much recent longitudinal research in the field of positive and coaching psychology however supports the importance of 'coaching' as an effective social tool and method for buffering against mental illness and the improvement of wellbeing. My goal is to make such mental and emotional wellbeing more available via evidence based coaching tools, more broadly within society . I am passionate about personal, leadership and emotional development as well as the evolution of strengths and goals through individual potential. I am an advocate of supporting women’s growth within academia, family life and executive roles.

My coaching psychology practice is grounded in academia and professional experience, honed through 18 years of work amongst financial sector executives and their teams. This combination affords me a profound understanding of not only the professional requirements but also the developmental challenges faced by individuals in pressurised environments. My extensive professional experience derives from senior roles as a multilingual lawyer, an International Lloyds Broker and Syndicate Underwriter.
As a member of the International Coaching Federation, my current clients include lawyers, insurance sector executives, fund managers and entrepreneurs. I hold amongst other degrees and coaching certification, a Master of Science in Psychology which informs the evidence based approach to my practice and drives a results oriented dynamic within coaching. My legal and military background contribute to a disciplined and concise motivational approach to communication and executive performance, with a strong focus on self-esteem and organisational improvement. I currently combine professional and executive development work, with community mentoring roles and ongoing doctoral research projects in the field of psychology.
