Simply the BEST !
I am so glad I went to Suttons and not any of the other numerous estate agents in Coventry, most of whom I've encountered one way or another.
Ryan was polite, flexible, knowledgeable, timely, professional and honest. The photos he took of the property were first rate and he was always responsive when I contacted him, even when he was not at work. At one point I became very ill and it was Ryan who contacted me and rescued the whole situation. Suttons are not like other estate agents who ignore you once you've signed on the dotted line; they are a long-standing family firm who offer a wrap-around service and don't have targets set by head office. The valuation of the house was realistic and the commission I was charged was cheaper than that charged by most other estate agents in the area. Thanks also to Jodie who answered the phone politely and was very helpful.
