Surreyhills Build

We used Drew Acomb of Surreyhills Build to knock down and rebuild a lean-to for us. We were pleased with the work and the way it was done BUT we have not been able to get them to return to do remedial work. We have leaks where the new building joins the main house. I have texted, e-mailed, phoned numerous times and tried a friend to contact through Facebook – all to no avail. There was one reply saying they’d contact me later that day but that was in June. We tried for 2 years to get someone to come along and quote and turn up to build a replacement conservatory for us. We needed something purpose built as it was an odd shaped space to build on. Drew came along and gave me a lot of good advice that previous people hadn’t suggested. He and Ernie turned up when they said they would. They did what they said they would. The only hold up was when others (window frame makers) let them down. We now have a nice, bright, sunny space that doesn’t overheat when the sun comes out and are enjoying being able to use it. They have a very good solution focused approach to their work and endeavour to project manage the buildings works in a timely manner, constantly keeping you informed of both challenges as well as progress.

Our flat roof needed replacing badly, Surreyhills Build came to my rescue. I cannot recommend this company enough.Excellent work, great job , speedy communication back, we are totally very happy with the works carried out. Thank you Drew & team
