I have been a customer for over a year and I can say I have always had a positive experience with Capital Office. The staff have been friendly and more importantly knowledgeable. I recently made some changes to my account, added an additional address service and I needed to confirm a few things on the phone. Capital Office have provided my business with a registered office and meeting room service from 2014 to March 2018. The main office and meeting rooms are situated in a very convenient location whilst also being in close proximity to the tube line i use. The service they have provided my business with has been exceptional and the primary reason we decided to leave Capital Office was due to the fact our business had grown to such an extent that we could now afford to rent our own office. From Nightmare Experience to improved Customer Service.After having at first negative experiences with them, they refunded the Money back to me, met with the Management, received an apology and they made a real great effort on making up for what happened in the past. By offering me their Virtual Office Service, plus address and extra credit on my Account. Initially, I hit a snag when signing up with Capital Office and was very frustrated that my identification documents were rejected. In hindsight, the error was with my authenticator for making what should be a simple process much more difficult. Each time I have rung up, I've had very helpful customer services representative answers the phone, and they even spoke on my behalf to reason with my doctors surgery with regards to the certification process.
