Enhancing the lives of our clients and really making a difference within the local community! Also SureCare being a great place to work for our carers offering support, training and encouragement at all times.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are passionate about providing the highest quality care to our clients. We provide tailor made care services to individuals and provide highly trained and DBS checked staff.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our fantastic care workers undergo extensive training including infection control. All our care workers follow our strict infection control policies on a daily basis. This includes the use of disposable gloves, disposable aprons and disposable shoe protectors (face masks as and when needed). Our care workers are also taught the correct procedure of hand washing and infection control, just like Doctors, Nurses and NHS staff.
Since the outbreak, our care workers are updated with the ongoing government and NHS updates. We have also created and implemented a new COVID-19 management policy and all our care workers will complete a new online training module on COVID-19, to keep themselves and our clients safe at all times.
We are lucky as our care workers already do an amazing job, are extremely vigilant and report any changes or concerns to the office immediately. This gives us the opportunity to react quickly to get the best outcome for our clients.
I appreciate we are in unprecedented and uncertain times, but I just wanted to assure you that we are working tirelessly as the welfare of all our clients and care workers is paramount to us here at SureCare Peterborough.
Personal Home Care
We provide a range of services to help individuals who choose to remain living in their own home, safely and securely as possible. By choosing to receive a service/s from SureCare, will greatly reduce the need to move into a retirement complex or care home.
Our care workers can offer an extensive range of home care services, including:

At SureCare Peterborough, we’re committed to improving the lives of people affected by dementia and associated conditions. Our care workers are specially trained to provide high quality care to those suffering from Dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, while providing a safe, stimulating and social environment.
Respite & Holiday Care
For regular carers, taking some time for themselves might even seem unthinkable. However, our Respite and Holiday Care service can provide flexible care workers, who are capable of fulfilling all of those regular care duties in their absence.
