Very reliable 24/7 plumbers! I experienced a leak coming from my ceilling on saturday evening. After many attempts of finding any available plumbers ( they didn’t pick up their phones) I found Your Sure Services online. The guy took my details and arrived in about half hour from the initial call. After a short investigation in my property, we knew where the water was coming from. The leak occured from my heating pipe and was fixed very quickly by replacing part of the pipe and the fiting. On top of that, Voytec explained to me how I can set my boiler up so it would be more energy efficient. Very happy with professional service and resonable price. Definitely a five star worthy review for Sure Services! When our old boiler packed up, we had to quickly find a gas safe qualified team to make some major changes to our heating system. After some in-depth research getting some prices, we decided to go with Sure Services. We have used them to convert our heating system to a combination boiler. We found the team to be very knowledgeable and professional throughout. We also got honest advice about how to re-route our exposed pipework! We have moved to our new property and find our heating system in bad overall condition. We booked an apointment with this company as they have been recommended by a friend. From the time we first met the tradesmen we were treat with respect and have been informed about the work required.The quotation has been very clear and the price resonable. After the final agreement which takes couple of days, the guys arrived with our new boiler and started the job. It took them 4 days to complete our full heating system which is now working faultlessly. The cylinder replacement work was excellent - tidy, thorough, and completed on time. Voytek and his team replaced 2 boilers in my property and installed a pump to improve the water pressure.
