Andrew, of the SURE group, has been instrumental in helping us through all of the elements of the first time home buying process. He made himself available on weeknights and weekends (working around our schedule) to show us houses in different neighborhoods in the Baltimore City and Baltimore County areas. He provided us with information regarding comparable real estate in each area to determine the true value of the homes that we looked at. He provided recommendations on which companies to use for Mortgages, home inspection, etc., but we never felt pushed into a commitment as some may have found with other realtors. When it comes down to it, we were really looking for a realtor we could trust, and we found just that with Andrew.
