Lily has been fabulous with our puppy, Truffle. We go to Lily's classes and Truffle also visits her for daycare. Lily has been super reliable and Truffle never wants to leave!

Lily has an affectionate and respectful way with Dogs, it's amazing to watch her in action where she communicates in a direct and informative way. Her knowledge is vast and I would not think twice about asking for her help again. Couldn't be happier! More...

REVIEW
I have been using Suppawt for a few months now. I have a human aggressive rescue Shih Tzu who has obvious not been handled so well in the past.
I came to Lily to try and help Nalas fear of people and complete lack of social skills with other dogs. Lily has helped Nala so much, she is not a lot more confident with other dogs and we have a plan in place to help her be introduced to people. Nala couldnt be around other dogs with out barking her head off but last week we managed a 2hr walk with 5 other dogs! something i thought would be impossible!
But i think more importantly Lily has helped me. I was really lacking confidence with Nala and I did not know which way to turn. But she has made clear plans and taught me to notice slight changes in Nala so i can get involved at that point rather than letting nala getting to the growling/barking stage.
Lily is understanding and kind. She wont stand there and tell you off for being a 'bad owner' she is gentle with her approach and makes you and your dog feel better. Her knowledge of dogs and in particular rescue dogs is amazing and she knows gentle and kind approaches to help you! I would 100% reccomend her to everyone who needs help or just kindness!
Thank you Lily from me and Nala

We have attended a workshop session and a one-to-one training session with Lily so far. She was great with my dog and was able to share lots of useful tips that we will be able to work on at home. I particularly liked the fact that she understands lurchers and how they behave. More...

I have only had one session with Lily - hoping to have more in the future! Lily had such a gentle, calm manner and my little dog, who does not like strangers warmed to her after a short time. Lily has given me lots of strategies to try out and ideas, some of which are working already!! Thank you Lily and hoping to see you again soon. More...

Lily has really helped us understand more modern training techniques which are much better suited to Dalmatians and the best way to help Winston become a charming, obedient (yet still cheeky! ) and loved member of the household. My partner, who has never owned a dog before and has come to this rather reluctantly, has been helped in developing a strong relationship with Winston and better understands Winston's behaviour and how to deal with doggy trantrums. Best of all, the training has enhanced Win's sense of humour, not stifled it. More...

Lily took the time to get to know Josie and the motivation behind her behaviour which meant that the techniques we used were not only modern, positive training techniques, but also specific to us so we were able to implement them and begin to see improvements really quickly. Josie is now well on her way to learning to be relaxed around all the exciting things we see on walks ,which will make for a far more enjoyable experience for us all :-) More...

I contacted Lily as we are struggling with our super excitable large (50kg) dog and his lack of attention around other dogs.
We have had a single 1-2-1 consultation and already feel we can achieve our goal of being able to walk our Huey around other dogs without him running off to play!
Lily is so kind, reassuring and understanding of the issues we are having with Huey (it causes me a great amount of anxiety when walking him even on a lead as he pulls over to greet other dogs even when it's not reciprocated!)
Lily has a wealth of knowledge, we learnt so much during our consultation.
We are all looking forward to future classes, supervised walks and hopefully day care with Lily, she is fantastic!

We have had a rescue terrior x for around 2 years. He was only 8 months old when we first had him and was suffering from acute anxiety having been left home alone for his entire life. We managed to eliminate the worst of the home based bad habits but had failed dismally to stop him going crazy when he met other dogs which made walks a nightmare. If he saw other dogs when off lead he was off regardless of any commands and we lost him on a couple of occasions. We tried other trainers and training regimes to no effect. Today we met Lily for the first time and within minutes we knew she was talking our language. She explained that Noodle was not trying to be top dog (others said he was trying to assert his authority) but was in fact anxious about meeting other dogs and was trying to control the situation. Immediately the penny dropped for us. We went out walking and she showed us how to deal with situations that we meet regularly which trigger the barking and also explained what Noodle was feeling during these events and how to get him to calm down afterwards. It all made such perfect sense at last. Within hours Lily mailed us a training program which we can understand.and we now feel confident we have the tools to deal with our beautiful boys issues and turn him into the wonderful dog he deserves to be. We are looking forward to showing Lily our "New and improved" Noodle in a few weeks time. We also hope at some point to join a training class. Thank you so much Lily. Your the light at the end of our tunnel! More...

Lily came to see Brody on Wednesday as I really needed help with certain behaviour issues. She was very positive and gave me lots of help with things I can do with him at home. Not able to go out, fractured ankle. Luckily Lily also sent me so much more information online, I have no excuses. The best part about it was that Brody showed her just how obedient and clever he could be, I thought he had forgotten most things but I just hadn't been giving him the attention he deserves. THANK YOU SO MUCH Lily and both of us look forward to seeing you again. More...

So far we have had two training sessions with Lily to help our rescue dog Bruce to meet other dogs without getting frustrated and over-excited. We were really struggling before meeting Lily as Bruce would lunge/bark/spin and jump when he saw another dog, however our first session brought us a sigh of relief as her knowledge and understanding of what Bruce was doing was extremely helpful. Lily has also emailed me plenty of useful activities, training tools and advice which has all been very helpful. Bruce has already progressed a lot and I would definitely recommend Lily to anyone. Very productive training session with Lily and the lovely Sunny. I never thought I'd see Magnus sniff another dog or walk along side one.
I'm so proud of my dog. Magnus is a great dane, at just over a year and weighs 64 kg that's a lot for me to handle as he's reactive to dogs and people. Lily was calm and focusex throughout and gave feedback during the session.
Magnus was calm and relaxed by the end. I'd highly recommend her to anyone with an anxioysor reactive dog.

Sadly my newly rescued little Pomeranian was attacked by another dog in my local park at the start of the year which really set him back. He didn't want to go far on walks, would stop every few steps and refuse to move and would always bark and appear either very scared or quite aggressive towards other dogs. I realised that I also had become very nervous taking him out and was convinced that every dog wanted to attack Teddy! With Lily's help Teddy came out of his shell and enjoyed going on walks again and slowly became used to seeing and meeting other dogs. She also helped my confidence in walking Teddy, making our walks enjoyable again. He now plays with other dogs and loves running free with my other dog on long walks through the country. I can't thank Lily enough! More...

Lily has a lovely way with dogs and a natural understanding of their behaviour, backed up by solid learning. I am a dog trainer myself and there are only a few people I would trust with my own dogs - Lily is one of them.

What can I say about Lily's Classes that might do them justice. These are real classes for real dogs! They are fun, they are relaxed and most importantly they teach dogs real life skills not fancy tricks. My dog has come on leaps and bounds with weekly classes and also a weekly 1-2-1. Lily is friendly and non-judgemental (she has her own rescue dogs so knows not every dog behaves perfectly) and she has an amazing way with dogs! I cannot recommend her highly enough!!! More...

We just finished the 6 week rescue dog course with lily and absolutely loved it. Our dog Bam was very excitable, a bit of a lottery when meeting other dogs and very easily distracted. We were nervous about attending a training class as we thought she would be very disruptive. Lily made us all feel welcome and we were suprise at how quickly bam became calm in the training environment and responded to every challenge given to her. Would definitely recommend. More...
