Main thing is get people in the office that have customer service skills and realize that the customer is actually watching the workers when they're working in their yard via camera or their own two eyes and not the ones in the superior Landscapes office should not argue with a customer when they see things being done or not being done in front of their face this is very counterproductive for any business relationship

I would not recommend this to anyone. This company are straight up crooks. I had them do a french drain project at the end of July 2020 in my backyard because it floods up when theres heavy rainfall, they completed the project but still manage to tear up the backyard by putting more dirt and grass seeds on top of the bulldozer that made a path to dig up the ground. Fast forward couple of days the project was done, we had 2 days of heavy rain. The whole backyard was flooded were they installed the french drain because it didnt work and the path were they put dirt got muddy and flooded as well. Now its October and I've been calling this company for the past 3 weeks, and they say they will call me back and they dont return my calls. So be careful of this company, they take your money and they dont return your calls. Very unprofessional. Also watch out for one of their project manager (Sean) because he doesnt return your calls. Superior Lawn Care did several landscaping projects for us in Nov. 2019 and all their work was great! I would recommend them. Our landscaping was 15 years old with overgrown shrubs that needed to be removed and replaced with new shrubs, falling rock walls that needed to be rebuilt correctly, and edging replaced around the house and yard projects. Naji met with me to review all my projects and provide quotes. He completely understood what I wanted accomplished. He took a photo with his phone and designed a landscape plan including plants at our initial meeting to show me what they could do. Naji was professional and a delight to work with. The crews that worked at our home were very polite, friendly, and willing to discuss the projects they were working on. They picked up their tools each evening and raked any mulch or dirt off the driveway and lawn, keeping the work site neat. More...

I recently hired this company to put in a patio and do some landscaping. I wasn't really sure exactly what I wanted, but Sean was wonderful! He explained the particulars, gave some suggestions and was there for me every step of the way! The crew that did the work was wonderful! They were professional, knowledgeable and extremely polite. Last winter season (2017/18) I hired Superior to remove and clear the snow from my driveway and the adjacent public sidewalk that runs in front of my house. Their crew worked hard and fast.
