Super prompt at responding. Listened to my requests and needs and tried to best accommodate them. Our cleaner has only been twice so far but she has been wonderful.

Cleaner supplied is lovely and does a great job. However, Superior Home Cleaning is not particularly well organised, there were a few teething problems with regard to arranging payment but this now seems to be sorted.

Superior Home Cleaning offer a very efficient and professional service and my cleaner Jessica is great.

Great service and very easy payment system. No getting cash every week. They have paired me up with a wonderful cleaner, Svetla and now that she’s on holiday, they have been able to send another excellent lady, Lauren, to fill in. Am very happy with SHC.

They are keen to get you booked in, that's about where the positives end. First cleaner didn't show up and didn't call, second got ill, the third did such poor job, think 13 year old teenager's standard done in half n hour. So that's where I said no more, in which they where very quick to respond to see of they could send a fourth. Since my request for termination I have not heard a peep despite numerous chase ups. Hi Rebekka, I am sorry things didn't work out for you. Just to reply to your comments in more detail. Thank you for acknowledging that we were quick to get you booked in, I assume that the booking in was at a day and time that suited you ? On the first visit there is no excuse for not calling to let you know she wasn't going to come We try and accommodate our customers schedules and this meeting was arranged out of normal working hours otherwise we would have informed you that she want coming. The second cleaner was not well I would hope that you were told in advance of the re scheduling ? The third cleaner you say "think 13 year old teenager standard done in half an our" is very surprising to me as the cleaner we sent you was there for 2 hours and is a very experienced cleaner she works for 7 other clients of ours and many of the reviews you see here are attributed to her. When you decided to cancel we did offer you another cleaner and you said no. At that point we sent you an email confirming the cancellation an email was sent to you on the 22/107/19 at 1:08 pm ( I have sent this again please check your junk mail ) You mention that you have not heard a peep from us. this is very strange as we have no record of this except an email asking for cancellation confirmation which was sent to you. We don't always get it right and we take our customer feedback very seriously. Please accept our sincerest apologies on behalf of everyone on the team. Regards Andrew
