I took my Toyota Corolla for a paint job and the service was outstanding! The associates, particularly Mr. Carlos, Â went above and beyond to provide not only great customer service but was detailed oriented. I had a couple of dents in the car and they were fixed, the bumper was in bad shape along but was made new! What I enjoyed about the service was the associates honesty. From the very first time I contacted this business, I feel this was going to be a very different Customer Service experience. Lawrence, (I thought he was the owner) offered to stay after hours to receive my damaged vehicle. He got back with me the very next day with an estimate. Contacted my Insurance company for their adjuster to come out. Continued staying in contact with me concerning updates both via email and phone. My husband and I recently moved into the area without knowing anyone, so we were a little nervous finding someone that we could trust to work on my car (we've already been through a couple of situations with my husband's car that didn't turn out so nicely). Right from the start, Lawrence was incredibly friendly and I could tell he was a genuine person!! I didn't feel nervous at all leaving my car at Superior Collision. This place was also one of the more affordable options that we came across and they were even the quickest to getting the job done (other places told me it would take 4-5 days, Lawrence got it done in 2). Oh, and I want to mention that Lawrence is very responsive! The end result turned out perfectly!! Highly recommend this place! Got a dent in my door fixed and their quote was at least two hundred less then the other quotes I was given. Lawrence was very nice and kept me up to date on everything.
