Superhounds

When I signed up for Diane’s five week puppy training classes in SW19 and paid £185, it was on the understanding that all five classes were to be held in SW19.
One class was cancelled at the last minute ( the fourth class) and Covid was the reason. No communication forthcoming regarding the fifth class - I had to enquire.
The fifth class took place, but no refund and actually refused and no immediate offer of a date set for any make up class missed except possibly in Tooting Common or Wandsworth Common. Hot weather was used as an excuse.
Anyone who lives in Roehampton is well aware of how difficult it is to get to those places on public transport and how time consuming. Two hours from Roehampton to Tooting weekend transport stuck in london traffic. There is no direct bus link at all.
And I would never have paid or signed up for five weeks of Diane’s Superhounds had I had any inkling that she would do this.
Also being hearing impaired, it was difficult in the hall environment of Southfields to hear her instructions ( not Wimbledon as advertised).

Highly recommend classes with Diane at Superhounds! I attended classes there a couple of years ago and learnt so much from Diane. She’s an excellent trainer, extremely knowledgeable, very patient with everyone and truly loves dogs! More...

I’m so grateful to Celine at the Dog House for introducing me to Diane. Attending one of her walks gave me a huge confidence boost when it came to letting my puppy off the lead and I signed up for her six week puppy class immediately afterwards.

Diane is a fantastic trainer and I would highly recommend the 6 week puppy course, lots of great techniques and knowledge shared!
