I love the variety - In one day I can be dealing with everything from Accountants, to Dog Walkers .. then Hairdressers to Upholstery. It never gets boring and thoroughly enjoy coming up with new ideas for each client.

On a serious note, I also come from a family business background, and being a natural geek, I was more than aware that many SME's were being taken for a ride a bit by available web design options. Small-to-Medium Enterprises were being left stuck between a rock and a hard place...

One option is to pay large, often four figure sums, to a traditional web developer. To begin with, this is typically outwith the budget of most Small Businesses. For the ones that do shell out the money, they're typically overpaying and paying for a level of skill or services that only a niche really require.
