Super Clean 360

I have used this cleaning company numerous times over the past several months and absolutely LOVE them!!! The owners, Ramzy and Shanna, are such responsive and clear communicators. I manage an expansive home in the Piedmont hills and have very particular needs, which the Super Clean 360 folks have accommodated quite nicely. I've been searching for a reliable, detail oriented, great team of cleaners and I am elated to be able to say I've finally found it!! This reassessment review is for what ended as a very good Yelp text message conversation with this company re my not getting a call back for a voice message I left requesting service.  What originally disappointed me was that based on their very high rating and location in the same city of the property I sought cleaning for, I only called them, wanting to utilize a local company.  I waited for a long time to hear back, but never did.  Yelp reminds users to review companies they researched, so this company was in my reminder section for weeks.  I finally reviewed them and gave 1 star due to non-response.During the same Yelp "session" I re-started my search for a house cleaner and separately a window washer, to help me get a rental on the market after having used Yelp for a floor refinished/installer, duct cleaner, tree trimmer, as well as seismic bracing research.  In requesting a quote, I checked the box which enables Yelp to contact additional companies for additional quotes.  Users don't control the selections/algorithm Yelp sends these requests to.When this company was included in that list I thought well that's not going to work.Right away they responded to Yelp's blind forwarding of my request by saying not a good fit based on my review.  I told them I agreed and to return calls next time.  What I give them credit for is quick response, that's important.After an understandably rocky start they dug down into their call logs.  I didn't know if they knew how long (weeks) it had been since my original voice message, but they said there is no one they didn't respond to who was a legitimate caller, but I felt they were looking for a needle in a haystack so I provided the information they'd need to efficiently find my call.  Although they didn't find it, I have documentation in more than one place re the message I left.  I remember that morning, the voice system greeting and my call.  Unfortunately, my message did not register in their system.  No idea why, but that would be a concern to me, like an email which never reaches its recipient but doesn't bounce back to the sender either.  This actually happened to me last week using Kelly-Moore's paint palette tool with hotmail, so I used gmail and it worked fine.  Again, no idea why.I appreciate that rather than call me a liar by saying I never called, they theorized I may have misdialed.  Presumption of innocence is a rarity in online communications.  I appreciate it.For further proof beyond my own documentation, which include date, time, company, ph, outcome (spoke, left message, etc.), I would have to contact my carrier for an outgoing call and duration which I tried doing Friday but couldn't afford to wait on hold any longer after multiple phone and chat tries. Documentation in my work log shows two entries for the same call, one in a call log with their ph and one in a project scheduling area where I'd entered them as a placeholder since I hadn't planned on calling anyone else.  The floor refinishing/installation was on the "critical path" and I was building out the schedule from there for duct cleaning, window washing and finally house cleaning to get the house to market.What matters to me is this mattered to them.  I can wrestle in the mud as well as anyone.  That wasn't my goal, so I did my part to refrain from that.  If you doubt I can be candid, read some of my reviews.  Like many Yelpers, I tend to only review the very good or very bad experiences, or touch-points in this case.The type of business I want to do business with, is one that cares deeply about their service and reputation.  They have the tools, focus and motivation to drill down into detail as needed.In the final analysis, that is more reflective of who I think this business is, rather than my initial impression.  They didn't tell me, they showed me through their interaction in what may have been a tense time for them.  That in itself is another touch-point, and a valid basis for a reassessment of my review.  Thank you.PS:  I really did leave that message.  : ) More...

Mariana and her super efficient team came to the rescue with a moveout cleaning job! They were a smooth lean cleaning machine! Communication & appointment setting was smooth although their services go fast. So book the appointment ASAP.4.5 stars as my most important request of grout/tile clean was not perfect and a few edges & corners. I was extremely happy with the windows, light fixture & heater grill cleaning however and overall, I'd rate them a 5.!  I would love to get them back the next time I have a rental moveout job! This is my first time with a service. I don't know why I didn't think of this earlier!Very good price, within my budget! More...

Amazing service!! Excellent communication and extremely competitive pricing compared to about 15 other cleaning companies I contacted while trying to get my last apartment cleaned up for moving out. They worked with budget and didn't compromise quality in the slightest. Will always try to use them for any and all cleaning needs I may have in the future. Wow! Wow! Wow!! Spotless, not a single piece of dust ! The bathroom , the kitchen, the windows - all were shining . When my wife  has returned, she was very pleasantly amazed how clean the place is.
