We held a fundraiser here a couple weeks ago.  What a great experience we had!  It started with Jodi in the front office.  She was great to work with .  I can't say enough nice things about her.  She was friendly, professional, quick to respond, and went out of her way to make sure that everything went just the way we wanted.  The night of our event was amazing!  Blanca was in charge of everything in the hall.  She didn't miss a trick.  She made sure everything flowed just the way we wanted.  She made sure the food was hot, the bar lines were short, and everybody was happy.Tracy was in the office that night and was super friendly and accommodating.  Our event was extremely successful and our guests had nothing but positive things to say.  I highly recommend them, whether it be for a fundraiser, a wedding, a luncheon, or whatever your needs might be.  They also have other halls that are gorgeous as well.  Check them out.  You won't be disappointed.  We sure weren't!Outstanding!!! Omg, this is my second time having them cater food for us... YUMMMM! Their food is beyond amazing and there is always plenty of food left over (always perfect for the next day) I swear by this place, plus great breakfast options in the morning!

I would highly recommend working with Tracy at Biagio’s. I recently just had my baby shower there and she was so willing to work with my mother to visit the space, plan ahead, and accommodate all the needs we had. We went to an after Funeral lunch at this place on Saturday and were assigned to one of the many rooms used here for wedding banquets , birthday parties etc.  The rooms here are capable of being expanded  via  huge door ways that open up to allow the creation of a larger venue.       The servers brought out pitchers of water , coffee , and soda. Shortly thereafter bread and butter were brought to the table.  After everyone was seated the servers brought out bowls of chicken rice soup.  It was very good.  Next , the servers brought out plates of hot food ...Chicken , Sausage , Mostaccioli  , and potatoes.       So we dig in and the  mostaccioli  was good.  Next , the chicken was very good , so too the sausage.  All in all it was a very good dinner.  The food was delicious and left us satisfied.  This would be an excellent venue for a wedding reception as the rooms are large enough to accommodate any size group from large to small.  There is ample parking available to accommodate a large wedding party.  Parking is Free. My son had his wedding this past weekend at Biagio and it blew my mind as far as how beautiful everything looked and great service and the cleanup crew and Blanca is the best and on top of it all. Orla was our wedding coordinator she is the best with her great customer service and being very attentive making sure we had whatever we needed/wanted!!! This place is impeccable. I totally recommend Biagio’s for any event you need. We had the Carolina room and The staff was great as far as fast cleanup and just the whole overall experience was beautiful . Everything was perfect. Absolutely everything. The food was great, our cake (from their cake vendor) was great, the day went smoothly and we have not stopped receiving compliments about how much fun our wedding day was. I was married here 10/7/17! My wedding was actually taking place at different banquet. I received a call a few weeks before my wedding, that I would have to find a new venue- due to a running marathon downtown Chicago. My planner had done work at Biagio and ensured me this was the place. I meet Kim and booked the ceremony to take place in one of the room. Due to my funds being with other banquet and not released yet- I had a brunch ceremony and sit down reception at different location. Came here for a baptism in the Michelle room. It's such a cute venue. It has the modern, rustic vibe to it with brick and wood walls, Edison light bulbs, and simple light fixtures. It really is a nice set up for photos. The table placement was nice. When you walk around, you can see the bottom of the wine glasses sparkle a little. I wish they had dimmed the running lights and turned on the Edison light bulbs. We were running late. I guess our guests didn't arrive early enough haha. The staff was very accommodating. They were courteous and friendly. They served us fruit punch in the beginning.For lunch, we had unlimited wine, soup, pasta, beef, chicken, and vegetables. I can see where they cut corners. It's family style. The food was okay. It's good for what you pay for. The beef was tough. The chicken was bland. The pasta was really good. The soup was the best part--it was broccoli cheddar I believe. Their dessert was chocolate mousse which I did not care for. My brother described it as chocolate whipped cream.Overall, I had a nice experience. The staff was great. The venue was cute. My husband and I got married at the Biagio on 6/15/19. I cannot fully put into words how amazing our big day was. To start with, we had the best wedding coordinator! Tracy was so helpful throughout the whole process. Whenever we had questions, she always responded immediately and was always so kind. Talking to her was so easy and we always shared so many laughs. Tracy made sure our room was set up exactly how we wanted it and took away the stress that comes with the last minute details. Next, the room was beyond gorgeous! We used the Caroline and Michelle rustic rooms. The exposed brick and wood beams were exactly what we wanted. All of our guests were so in love with the room just as we were. Last but not least, the food was beyond delicious. I have received so many compliments about how incredible the food tasted. It was the talk of the day! The vodka sauce pasta was by far a whole group favorite that people are still talking about. I could go on and on about how amazing Biagio is. We couldn't imagine anything else for our day. From Tracy being super attentive to our every need and the beautiful room and amazing food, it truly was a dream and I am still so blown away by how perfect everything was. Thank you, Biagio! Wow, this place really treated us well. I rented a room for my sweet 16 about a year ago and it still was one of the best days. What caught my eye was the rustic feeling of the room I choose. It was like a barn house feel. It was exactly what I was looking for. They were also super flexible with room sizes. They could move the walls in order to make your room fit your party size. I am still in love with the interior of the room. It was perfect and nothing like I have seen before. Our event planner helped us with everything and was so useful. We got a tour of the place and she gave us advice for everything. The whole preparation for the party was really easy because of her. She was really good at her job and made our lives easier. The day of the party everything was set up perfectly. We made a map weeks before of where we wanted tables, dance floor, gift table, and picture table. They set everything up perfectly. The food was also super good and had vegetarian options available for my guests. The staff was so kind to my guests as well. Another cool option they give is a custom cake with the party package. This made everything even more convenient. We had a date set with their cake company and got to pick out the cake. A week before my party I also emailed my party planner with the idea of surprising my mom with her own little cake during my party since her birthday is so close to mine. The staff worked it out perfectly. I had one of my guests bring in the cake and give it to the party planner. She then put it in the fridge. I told her what time to bring it out and the staff did it perfectly. And my mom was so  suprised at how I pulled it off. It went perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place many many times again. The service was amazing and the staff was also so kind. If you are having a baby shower, bridal party, sweet 16 or even wedding it's a perfect venue. Oh they also have complimentary valet parking provided for your party!!!
