Stephanie has been so helpful. I cannot stress enough how much she has guided me into eating healthier and therefore feeling healthier. I have ulcerative colitis and alongside medication Stephanie has helped me repair my gut through food and supplements and also rid of parasites that I had in order to improve my health. I didn’t realise how badly I was eating and especially how much sugar I was consuming in ready made sauces and food. Now with Stephanie’s help I am preparing all my meals and sauces fresh and from scratch, it seemed daunting at first and something I wasn’t sure I could do, but now I wouldn’t ever go back, my slow cooker is my new best friend!
