Tiffney with Sunshine Fit Training is absolutely amazing! I have been training with her since she started her 'New Year, New You Jumpstart Program' If you have ever thought about getting a personal trainer, please, please, PLEASE contact Tiffney. You will not regret it! Her meal program is phenomenal, and she is so knowledgeable on everything. The facility is so clean and nice.
