As always SHS came to my rescue. This company is super efficient and helpful! If I have issues with my gate motor or electric fencing they are there to assist even in rain. Today I had an emergency with two of my security gates. One had come off the wall and the other was too long so I couldn’t open it. Received same day assistance! Gate 1 was trimmed, welded and repainted and the other was secured back on the wall! They have our safety at heart! #eskom May let us down but SHS certainly won’t! More...

What inspired you to start your own business?
Nick and JP were best friends since high school, and even though they both went separate ways after graduation, they always
stayed in touch. When JP returned to South Africa from Uruguay with his wife ten years later, they started Smart Home Security together because they both had gained valuable experience in the field of security. JP with excellent CCTV, networking, IP, wireless, and IT experience and Nic a qualified health and safety officer, patrol dog handler, and strike team shift commander, with vast knowledge/experience with electronic security and early warning detection systems.
