Roberto has been amazing. He installed solar panels on our house. We interviewed 3 different people when considering the project and went with him because he provided the highest level of service. He is a one-stop shop, so when he comes out to chat about the job, he can speak to every aspect of the job and help provide options for modifications on the spot vs the Sunrun sales guy that came out. For example, I dug around and had my own preference on solar panel brand, which he was able to agree to and price out almost on the spot. He's also navigated some tricky timing with the weather, the city and PG&E without stress, and is generally fun to have around. Thank you Roberto! Highly recommend! I had a small residential project, needing some concrete removed. Other quotes were 2-4 times as high. Caesar was easy to communicate with and the work was done efficiently and quickly. We also ended up having the team come back to add some rock to our yard and remove a couple other things. We had Sunrise Construction build a partially covered deck on the back of our house. Stefan's bid came in extremely reasonable, and out of all of the bids we got he was the only one who did not try to upsell us on materials or extras we did not want or need. He was extremely communicative throughout the whole job and answered all of our questions (we had a lot), and understood our vision immediately. He even followed up after the job was complete to recommend some stain and seal options that we could use when we do that part ourselves next Spring.He showed up on time on the first day, and was done with the project sooner than expected. He cleaned up well in our backyard - aside from the beautiful new deck you couldn't tell they had even been working back there. Roberto was a true God send! I somehow blew a fuse but did not know how to repair it myself. I tried resetting the circuit breaker and even went to Home Depot myself. I'm a pretty good handy man but I was stumped and could not figure out what to do.  Roberto was the first to call me and advised me that he was available the same day. Other electricians called but were too busy or too Pre Madonna to accept my small electric job. Roberto arrived at my house like he said he would. After just about 20 minutes he figured out that it was an very old fuse from another old circuit box that blew. I had no idea how to handle an old house fuse from a house built in 1938. Roberto is intelligent and trouble shot my electrical problem in just 20 minutes. He is reasonable in price and a super nice guy! Thank you Roberto for being an honest and super cool dude. Contacted a few electricians for a small job for my condo in SF.  Needed someone to come change out an existing chandelier for a new (and really heavy! ) one.  Roberto contacted me along with a few others and I scheduled him to come a few days later.  I was impressed with his quick response and also follow up before our determined day and time.  He even gave me a text when he was close to arriving.  So thoughtful! He arrived on time and brought along a great helper.  He was professional and did the job quickly.  No problems or surprises! Stefan and team did a -terrific- job on renovating the deck at our home in Portland's West Hills. Stefan was super professional, courteous, knowledgeable, timely, easy to work with, and did an excellent job for us at a very fair price. He was kind enough to schedule the job around some other work we were having done, which I greatly appreciated. Their work is beautiful. Stephen was the quickest to respond when I was getting quotes, and the most affordable. We had them replace a eyesore of an old falling down fence with a 6 ft tall privacy fence. It looks so much better! We had Stefan out about 3 years ago to prep and stain our deck and we were not disappointed in the results. The price was right and they did awesome quality work. Now it was time to do a re-prep and stain, a little different stain this time, and again, the bid was just right and again a quality job well done.  Stefan is very knowledgeable with regards to details, and I was impressed with his suggestions regarding the grain of our wood and just did a great job to bring out that grain. We have decided to have have him do another project for us regarding re-building our covering of our rather large wood area and storage of other things. We are so impressed with this Company, and we have worked with lots of other Contractors in the past, and this one is one of the top notch contractors we have had the pleasure to work with. These guys do a fantastic job.  First of all, Stefan is a really sweet dude to work with. He takes great pride in the work and in making sure the customer is happy. He communicated every decision point in advance and made sure I was happy with the options. Their skill and talent in executing the job are top notch. Every part of the job was done with great skill and we're incredibly happy with our new backyard. They built a very nice fence, driveway, bike shed and deck. I needed a contractor to do a couple of jobs on my house and found Joe on yelp. What a great guy very straight foward and very proffesional. He did what I needed at the cost he quoted me. FANTASTIC Contractor! He's reliable, trustworthy, and dependable. His was the lowest price of all the bids we got. We were concerned with choosing the low bidder, but his price was so much lower than the others we decided to take a chance on him. Joe turned out to be the best contractor we've ever worked with. He does fantastic work and is very detail oriented. Joe built a room addition for us which turned out beautiful. During the construction, a big storm hit our area--it was raining really hard and the wind was blowing & making so much noise that we couldn't sleep. We heard a strange noise at 3:30 a.m. & looked out our window--there was Joe out in that storm in the middle of the night climbing a ladder onto the roof to check that the tarps were in place and that water wasn't getting through. I couldn't believe it!Joe also showed up every day from the day he said that he'd start our project until the job was done. The cost he charged for extra unanticipated work was more than fair. He definitely goes above and beyond a normal contractor. In the years since, Joe has done remodels for 5 of our friends and associates--they were all just as happy with his work.
