IF there were more stars I would have given them to Sunny Day. Not only did they clean the same day that they confirmed the cost, they did "beyond my wildest expectations". We had just removed ceramic tile in our dining room and kitchen and the concrete dust was everywhere...and I mean everywhere. They took care of it. Sunny Day sent three ladies - all delightful but limited English - but language obviously wasn't necessary because they knew exactly what needed to be done. They even took every dish, cup, wine glass down and removed the shelf liner - cleaned it all - and placed in back in the cabinet where I had specified (via post its). The best part was that I was given a very reasonable rate for the initial clean and hired them on the spot for a recurring clean every two weeks. I will be happy to give a #1 Rating to Natalie and her company! Thank you Sunny Day. PS to top it all off they left me a lovely thank you gift for "letting them provide my cleaning service". This company came on very short notice. If it were not for them, I would have a semi clean house for Christmas Day. They were professional, as well as personable. They did an amazing job and even made roses out of my toilet paper just for a personal touch. I have never hired a cleaning service before but would defiantly hire them again! More...

We love to see the "surprise face" that our clients have after we finish the job. They smile because we always exceeded their expectations. Even when they don't believe that we can, we'll surprise our clients, because it is our goal! ?
What inspired you to start your own business?
Such as other kind of services, it's importante to be honest, compromised and respectful to each other. The customer wants someone to do a good job, as well the professional wants to build customer loyalty. So, both will be very satisfied at the end.

For new customers, we just ask for an opportunity to let them know how surprised they'll be after our first service. We also recommend a free in-house estimate, so the new customer can have a good impression about our 'good nature'.
