Sunlight Hypnotherapy is an independent counselling and therapy practice based in central Marlow set up by Carolyn Angell, BA (Hons), MSc, PG Dip, DHP, LAPHP, MRCSLT.

Carolyn is a specialist clinician with many years experience working in the fields of Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanalysis and Speech & Language Therapy. As a fully qualified professional therapist she has worked extensively with adults, teenagers and children in the NHS, the Education sector and independent practice. She is a member of the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP) and the Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists (RCSLT) and is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the National Register of Psychotherapists & Councillors (NRPC).

A free initial consultation enables you to establish the issues that you would like help with and your preferences for how you would like to work on them.

Using a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to you, therapy sessions will enable you to see clearly what you want from life and how to mange or resolve the issues that are holding you back. Therapies that may be used include Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanalysis, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Techniques and Solution Focused Therapy, plus practical tips and strategies to maintain the changes you make.
