We are extremely pleased with our extension. Gary, the installations manager was on hand to ensure the job ran smoothly if there were small hiccups and throughout the build, the workforce were some of the best we have had in over 40 years of having work done in various properties we’ve owned. A special mention to Michael the plumber who couldn’t do enough to ensure we had as little disruption as possible to our heating and hot water. This on a couple of occasions meant he worked very unsociable hours! We probably had about 20 workers on site at one time or another during the build and they were all very efficient and polite. We heard about Sunbright via a couple of neighbours recommendations as they had converted the glass roofs on existing conservatories for other customers on our development. We had been struggling with using the room in its existing form as it was either too hot during the summer months (hot enough to melt crayons left on the table!) and far too cold in the winter. Luke from Sunbright assisted us with discussing what we wanted and we were pleasantly surprised both in his non-pushy sales approach and his candidness when discussing our ideas. For example, when discussing options such as bi-fold doors Luke was open in suggesting that whilst they would happily undertake works he was not convinced we would really achieve value for money and that 'wow-factor' could be achieved by other means such as wirelessly operated velux windows. In addition to the existing recommendations of neighbours this honesty and the knowledge demonstrated when discussing the materials meant that we selected them to do the work.Scheduling of the works was painless and we didn't have to wait too long. I'm actually reassured by a company that has a big enough book of work to ensure there is some wait.The works went well and we were kept updated throughout. As is always the case with co-ordinating different trades there were a few fallow days but that is the nature of the beast. The way I viewed it was that I would rather deal with a company who would rather wait until the trade finishes the current job rather than them rushing to start on yours! We were particulalry impressed with the roofers who did the lions share of the work and worked extremely hard.The end result is fanstatic; it has changed the whole look and feel of the space. It has almost certainly added value to our house and despite it being early Summer it has already made a huge difference with us being able to eat meals in there even on 20 degree + days.Do ask them question if there is something you are unsure of or would like addressed both in the early discussions or even when the works are underway. I found them helpful in this regard and they didnt mind explaining certain decisions and approaches as they went.Highly recommended based on our personal experience. More...

Thank you Subright, we are so pleased we chose you !Out the 3 companies we reviewed you were the easiest to deal with , not the cheapest and definitely not the most expensive although the finish is out of this world. All our friends and family are so impressed so expect some more orders soon, special thanks to Gary who was fantastic on the communication and he let us know what was happening every step of the way, 6 weeks from start to finish with base works, frames , doors , glazzing and a solid roof with velux and electrics including down lights. Extreamly happy, great company to deal with from start to finish. We had loads of companies quote all of whom where really pushy but not Sunbright there salesman was really helpful and came up with a great price which we accepted. The workman were brilliant.... clean, tidy and polite. The quality of the product is fantastic and we can’t fault them. Our neighbors have also had work done by Sunbright as a result of our recommendation and they are extreamly happy. We would defiantly recommend Sunbright again.
