We went here for our 3rd Wedding Anniversary.
When you walk up to the hotel it’s so impressive.
We had a really good room on the top floor Executive Riverview Room.

The room had everything we needed, luxury toiletries. We had a great bed and a really good night sleep!
Loved the bathroom. It was very clean.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would go back to this hotel again.

Had a lovely night with my husband in one of the suites on the yacht.
You couldn’t ask for better accommodation with a bedroom, lounge, bathroom with jacuzzi bath and Sauna.

This was a surprise weekend stay for my 60th Birthday for me and my husband from our son and daughter in law,
it was even more special knowing they were also staying to celebrate my Birthday, the accommodation was really lovely, hotel staff really nice and friendly, it’s something different staying on a yacht overlooking the Thames, I would highly recommend this hotel yacht xx

Loved staying there and would have given you five stars except for the rude waitress on Thursday evening, who did not deserve the tip we left her. Took hubby here for a suprise stay & meal..... It is a lovely place to stay... the rooms are lovely & you sink in the bed. .! Also not too far from the O2 via cable car..! A rare treat but from the moment we arrived the wait was worth it. A luxurious experience from the moment we walked into the lift to reception. Amazing. Just spent the night here, although I could of stayed for longer. Friendly staff and absolutely beautiful inside. I will be back. The sun was shining which made it all the better. Rooms clean and I had a balcony so that was nice looking out in the morning. A little walk to the left of yacht and you come to few restaraunts and if you walk round a little more you have the cable cars which go over to the O2 Thankyou to everyone for making this day/night special for my boyfriend. � More...

We had a wonderful stay that night. A different and special experience. Amazing decor on the boat itself, loved the outside drinks area and the views of central London. Room was much larger than expected, very well furnished and nice to have a balcony with views of the water. Breakfast was ok, it could be improved by having better choice of juices, scrambled eggs did not look at all appetising and back bacon was very fatty, would be better if crispy. I would like thank you and all your staff on the Sunborn for giving our parents the most magical weekend. They were truly blown away during their stay.
My father said the service and attentiveness of the staff was impeccable.
Our original gift sadly never worked out. My sister and myself met our parents on the boat on Sunday morning, whilst they were enjoying breakfast. It was lovely to see them so happy and replaced.
We saw there room, it was stunning and they were both very happy.
Thank you so much for fulfilling your promise and making it an amazing gift!

Took my Husband as a surprise for our 30th Anniversary and his Birthday. Wow very impressive when you step out of the lift - very elegant. We had room 5032, an Executive Riverview Room. Very spacious room, very comfortable bed, nice size balcony and very nice bathroom with a lovely shower. Had afternoon tea which was very nice although I feel £10 for a glass of champagne is a little excessive even in London. We ate in the bar in the evening and although quite a limited menu what we had was very nice. The only thing I would complain about is breakfast. I feel for the cost it should at least be hot. Just returned from a surprise 2 night stay for my 40th birthday. Real WOW factor as you approach the boat from the outside, with a stunning reception. Rooms were very spacious with the most amazing beds. The views from the terrace are amazing. We chose not to book breakfast as the costs were excessive (with not great reviews) and ate out both locally and in central London instead. There are lots of great options close to the hotel. The tapas bar was delicious and great value for money. This place has been on my bucket list for some time and it really did not disappoint.
