We ordered a printed Rose Gold Splashback for our new kitchen from Sun Studio London and the process couldn't have been simpler. Chose a photo you want from a stock library, send the picture reference and dimensions for the glass, complete the payment section... and that's it. The Rose Gold Splashback was even a bit cheaper than we were quoted for a boring plain coloured version from somewhere else ... and the very helpful people at Sun Studio London were able to fulfill the order in super quick time as I rang to say we had our tiler early the following week. As soon as it was ready they couriered it down to us and didn't even charge more for the speedy service. We are so delighted with the product and the service. It couldn't have been better. What a brilliant company. I ordered splashback to fit in very custom areas with some complicated cuts and sizes on them yet they managed them perfectly. I wanted a custom red color so sent them a sample of the paint and they did a color match on it so it blends in perfectly with my walls. The glass arrived in 6 working days as promised and was well packaged and perfectly clean, it is easy to install by putting a bit of silicone on the back and sticking to the wall before putting a bead around the edge (if you want).Very easy to recommend Sun Studuio.London and much better value than any other splashback company I could find online (let alone the high prices in shops!) I was very nervous about the whole experience and your terms and conditions seemed a bit scary but I shouldn't have worried, you did a hassle free quote, the most thorough measuring I've ever seen (my OCD kitchen fitter was impressed) and the final fitting looks wonderful, my father who is ultra critical said you were clean, pleasant and fascinating to watch, real experts. These guys were disgusting in their treatment of my mother. They made us a bespoke door which is not bespoke in any way, and does not fit into our door frame, despite it taking them a number of months to deliver it. There are huge gaps on the angles of the frame, and the quality of workmanship is very low. Sun studio came as a group and intimidated my mother into signing the work off, whilst threatening her to destroy her bathroom if she didn't. Upon my return, I also noticed that a shower door that was installed in my bathroom has two pieces of the plastic strip missing. They used a strip that is not long enough and there are gaps either side of the shower door. This renders the door ineffective as huge amounts of water escape and cause knock-on damage. I would never recommend this organisation to anybody, and believe that I could have done a better job myself, with limited DIY skill. They have completely ignored the attempts to make contact with them and rectify the situation. Unfortunately, this guys are terrible and there are much better competitors in the local area. Worst customer service I ever experienced. I placed an order online and at first I thought the invoice number looked a bit dodgy (inv. no 0001). When following up on my order I ended up having to ring up as no one was answering my emails and despite being told someone who ring me back, they never did.
