I injured both of my feet a 14 months ago, plantar fasciitis, and I was resigned to being limited to the amount of time I could be on my feet without having, sometimes excruciating pain. After three trips to Summit Strength and Fitness, one for evaluation, and two for physical therapy, I experienced my first day in14 months with no foot pain. I salute Emma and Ryan for their very professional and compassionate treatment. When they told me to expect good results in 4 weeks, I didn't believe it was possible, but I'm now pleasantly surprised in two weeks. They are consummate professionals. I've trained with Keith at Summit for about two years now, first to rehab an injured knee, and then two pursue climbing and long distance hiking endurance goals and in that time have become a stronger climber and ticked off one of my dream hikes, the Pacific Crest Trail. Dedicated staff led by a very experienced owner. Keith has a lot of credentials which allows him to construct effective training plans, but more importantly he is naturally good at coaching. He teaches his classes in a way where you always feel welcome but yet are always pushing yourself to do more and make the gains. This place turned me into a climber.

LOVE this place. It has kept me motivated with a great balance of traditional fitness training and training that incorporates rock climbing. I work with clients to clarify goals, visualize them and build a road map toward achieving them. Strength training, mental awareness, recovery methods and nutrition are some of the tools and techniques I provide to help you get there.
