Great gym and staff go above and beyond to bring excellent results. Combo of personal trainer (Bill), mind body massage (Jen), and nutrition have made me feel like I'm in my 40's, not late 60's. They are all about the client!

I found Summit Fitness via a search online and am so happy that I did! After a knee injury, I was nervous to get back into the gym. I had fear of re-injuring myself and not knowing what exercises to do to build back strength in/around the knee. Brad paired me with Kyle for personal training and it has been an awesome experience. Kyle is a real professional who really listens to what your goals, aches, concerns are and addresses both mobility and strength. I feel much more confident and strong after 3 months working with him. Alex Nugent is an excellent personal trainer! He is thorough and thoughtful with his workout plans and very knowledgeable when guiding me with my (vegan) meal goals! Working out with Alex has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. When I started personal training at Summit I had a lot of reservations about the effectiveness and cost of individual sessions. My fears were overcome by a welcoming group of people who wanted to help me learn about building strength and mobility. I no longer felt intimidated about being the girl who didn’t know what she was doing in the gym as I started learning from professionals. I feel much more confident. I’m definitely stronger and my back feels better than when I was just doing yoga 5x/week. The coaching went beyond the gym as Alex helped me clean up my nutrition and set and stick to dietary goals, something I’d never been able to do on my own. I am moving and wish I’d been able to continue my training at Summit, or that I could take Alex with me! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get stronger but don’t know where to start or if you just want someone on your team providing the expert support to enable you to achieve your goals. This place is the best!  Training with BILL has has given me my life back after a debilitating knee injury.  He knows how to deal with specific medical problems.  I am 70 years old.  I have become so much stronger, both upper and lower body!  We also have worked on walking on uneven surfaces so I am much more stable.  I am continuing training with him on a regular basis!  The gym is always clean and all the trainers very welcoming!  It is the best gym ever! I have been going to Summit Fitness for a few years now and I can't shut up about how awesome this place is! At Summit Fitness, you are part of a family. I participate in the group workouts and it has done wonders for me! The relationships you develop, the social aspect and the motivation is why I can't get enough. If you need a spark in your fitness, don't think about it, just do it! The result I have work towards could not be done without Summit Fitness supporting me, motivating me and pushing me from day one! They care about you and your goals and will help you get there! I participated in a 6-week group challenge geared to those over 40 and it was fantastic! I’ve worked out on my own for years, but I’ve never achieved the level of success I’ve seen while at Summit Fitness. In 6 weeks, I’ve successfully lost 2% bf, reached a weight I haven’t seen in the past 15 years and can see AND feel my results. All the trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and know how to challenge you to your limits in a fun, positive and supportive manner. My trainer, Alex Nugent is especially great to work with and has spent time getting to know all of us in the group and provides individualized attention, motivation and support. I’ve completed a 6 week challenge. I’ve not been able to exercise for years due to injury. Kayla is our coach and works with me to modify exercises for my abilities and age. I was able to ski this winter for the first time in 10 years. I am stronger than I thought could be possible. The atmosphere at Summit is so friendly and I feel safe working with Kayla. I am no fan of gyms,but this one is great. My husband convinced me to join and start training with Bill and I can't thank him enough. First of all, the gym is a great environment where everyone wants a good workout. It is never too crowded in the training area and it has nice equipment. Second, Bill is an amazing trainer. He has the ability to push you to your limit, motivate you and help you reach your goals. He is a must have trainer if you love a challenge and want results. More...

Erin Jansen is a great personal trainer who can help set and attain personal fitness goals. Her extensive knowledge of physiology, stretching, and different workout techniques are helpful and informative. Throughout my pregnancy she has been instrumental in keeping me fit, motivated, and healthy. Erin was really knowledgeable and researched about how to approach each trimester and the changing needs and demands of my body. Always flexible, reliable and professional. My experience with Summit Fitness has been fantastic! Excellent facilities and all the staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have been working with Kayla for the last 5 months and it’s been a great experience. I've been going to Summit and training with Kyle Norman for about 6 months now. I'm 52 years old. I've had a back injury when I fell down the stairs at the age of 5. Uneven pelvis, sever pronation on left foot and chronic pain. About a month ago my back literally snapped into place. For year I've been going to the Chiropractor and have been doing Pilates as well (and many other treatments including Accupuncture and physical therapy.) I noticed a big change in my back when Kyle who is an expert on back problems used uneven weights. I highly recommend Kyle. Over the last 20 years, I have worked with many trainers, and he is the best I've seen. I have not been able to run for about 25 years. Now I've started running agin. All thanks to Kyle. More...

I trained with Kayla for a few weeks. My previous trainer had since left Summit Fitness, so Kayla became my new trainer throughout the remainder of my time here. I recommend training with Kayla for anyone looking for challenging circuit workouts. Kayla was very nice and pushed me through my workouts. Summit Fitness is a very calm, quiet location. I enjoyed this, since I prefer a quiet gym that doesn't require me to fight for equipment. More...

I've worked with Kyle, Brad and Erin for over 2 years and can attest to their knowledge and effectiveness. They are all top notch trainers. I've been a personal trainer for 14 years and recently hired Kyle as my own personal trainer. His vast knowledge of how the human body was meant to move, function and opperate is apparent in how he trains his clients. All of the trainers at Summit Fitness are experienced professionals AND fun to work with. They are constantly adding variety to each workout to make it fun and challenging.The gym is very well equipped with state of the art equipment and "toys" to give you a complete workout from head to toe. Working with a trainer has been one of the best decisions I've made, providing me with valuable motivation to keep me on track with my health goals despite a busy lifestyle, and minimizing the risk of injuries that have plagued me in recent years. Working with Brad Williamson at Summit Fitness has been a great experience, totally devoid of the sense of intimidation that I've sometimes experienced with other fitness professionals in the past. Brad has taken the time to account for and address the challenges of my physiology, age, and lifestyle in order to get me on the path to meeting my primary goal of feeling younger than my age rather than older! In only 10 months, I've regained significant strength, balance, and endurance, while reducing the aches and pains that have come with "maturity!" Plus, I'm even at a healthier weight now, which is a nice side-effect of training! I’ve been training with Cora for the last month and I’m so glad I found her! My goal was to hold a handstand after struggling for months to come close to holding one, I did it after a few weeks with Cora! She pushed me to do more when I thought I couldn’t and challenged me in areas she knew I was already doing well in so I could really excel. I've been working out with Brad for about 3 years now and it's been one of the best things I've done for myself. At first I just wanted to lose a few pounds and look better but Brad showed me I could get a lot stronger, too, and I got bitten by the weightlifting bug. Brad is conscientious regarding form and safety, but he pushes me, too. The new studio is super cool looking, well equipped for beginners and advanced athletes, and easy to get to.
