This evening's tasting was incredible! My favorites were ... all the dishes, but the penne and short rib with mashed potatoes dishes stood out the most.
The pairings, the sauces, the presentation were all top notch.

We used Summit Event Catering for our wedding August 29, 2015. We loved them!! From chatting with Pam over the phone, then meeting with her going over menus, to the tasting (which everything was so amazing it was very difficult to decide). Our wedding dinner was amazing. Summit Catering was absolutely amazing for our daughter’s wedding in June of 2015! Not only did they offer outstanding food choices (that brought compliments even from the grandparents! ), they worked diligently with the bride’s severe food allergies—something we thought we just would not find in a caterer. Pam took extra care to feed our diet -restricted guests (there were a few) and was also discreet and respectful at the reception. Caitlin, Nolan and I also got to enjoy a food tasting that catered to her specific dietary needs and paid special attention to cross-contamination. During the process we communicated easily back and forth to make sure the day would be a success—and it was. Pam far exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend Summit Catering for any and every event in the future—food allergies or not. More...
