I will break this into positives and negatives, see below:||||POSITIVES:||1. Location! The Inn is at the end of "Main Street", across a courtyard from the beach. Truly the best location.||2. We stayed in room 401 and had a great view (see pics).||3. The room is cute but has some areas that can be updated (the owners explained they are making improvements in stages), so it will only get better.||4. The A/C is strong, as is the water pressure in the shower. Both important!||5. We loved being so close and right in the middle of everything, ideal.||6. The Inn has it's own "free redbox", so you can get free DVD's, cool setup!||7. There are 4 beautiful pools available for your use when you stay here!||8. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella that were put out for us. ||||NEGATIVES:||1. The bathroom and towels could use updating (as mentioned, this is on the list).||2. Two waters were only provided 1 day out of 4.||3. You are provided with a free continental breakfast from the Inn to be used at the Summer Kitchen (attached). While this is a wonderful benefit, unfortunately, the servers were so rude to us on 3 occasions, we never even sat down to use the free bf. ||4. I think this was a fluke, but we did have a rather large bug visit us in the bathroom. But thankfully it was only one and it left (back in it's crack) right away. ||||I still feel it's an excellent place to enjoy RB! Follow me on IG @LLTRAVELMEL More...

We stayed for 4 days at the Rosemary Beach Inn, Room 202, in July 2018 and absolutely fell in love with the town and the Inn! The location of the Inn is so convenient, it's right next to all the restaurants and shops, the grassy square and just across from the beach. An added perk is your beach chairs and umbrellas are set up daily, they're just waiting for you with an unobstructed view of the beautiful ocean! We loved our stay so much we will be coming back yearly. ||||I'd also like to add a note and mention how great their customer service was. We booked our trip somewhat spontaneously, and then about a week or so after booking it our dog got incredibly sick, right before we were supposed to leave for Rosemary Beach. The owners were so understanding and allowed us to move our week to later in the summer. We would not have been able to leave our dog as he had been diagnosed with an aggressive disease that needed immediate treatment. We so appreciated them working with us and it made a huge impression and allowed us to enjoy our getaway at a later date when our pup was healthier. Also, I'm happy to report our dog is in remission and doing great now! :) More...

We were only passing thru but wanted to stay in Rosemary Beach at the Inn. Check in was easy and they were very nice. Note that you check in at the office in the town square. The room we were in was very tiny but very nicely decorated. Had we been staying for longer than a night I would have had more issues with the size of the room but it was fine for a night. The bathroom was also tiny. The bed was comfortable. My only real complaint was that the bathroom needs some TLC along with a good cleaning as the shower had some mold in it and there was some paint chipped areas on the ceiling and around some access. Additionally the carpet in the halls and stairwell is past its prime as well as some chipped furniture. My main pet peeve with staying in hotels is a dirty bathroom and unfortunately most hotels these days do not have housekeepers that have pride in their work because many have mold in their showers which is completely unacceptable to me. It wasn’t bad enough to completely gross me out but it always makes me wonder what else isn’t clean. Anyways we loved Rosemary Beach in general and the Inn was very cute in a nice location it just needs some refreshing up. More...

We took over the place for a small family reunion. All the kids had their own rooms and the 4th Floor suite was a great gathering spot in the evenings before going to dinner or to hang out late night. All rooms are equipped with Keurig coffee makers and featured Illy dark roast coffee. Furnishings, art and bedding all what you would expect at a charming beach side Inn. Loved the hard wood looking floors tile floors/showers. The Suite had a well equipped kitchenette that allowed us to entertain throughout our stay and stock all our essentials. There was a high-top table on a raised platform that provided views of the beach and water over coffee or wine. The housekeeping staff kept our rooms in impeccable shape even with all our coming and going.||||It was great to get up each morning to a real cup of coffee and later make our way down to enjoy gathering with family over a great breakfast each day at Summers Kitchen located on the first floor. The menu had something for everyone from omelettes, french toast, breakfast wraps to kale or berry smoothies. We spent one entire day on the white sand beach which was set up with umbrellas and lounges for all. Just a short walk back to the restaurant for lunch, snacks or beverages through out the day. ||||At night we had one of our best dinners on the trip at Summers Kitchen - amazing seafood and desserts! The rooms are ridiculously small for the price (luckily I was with a group and was not paying the tab). There was no storage for clothes other than a few hangers. The shower door came so close to the floor that you could not open it with the floor towel in front of it. The pillows were too mushy, and the garbage truck came around at 5 am. I guess you're paying for the location, with access to the beautiful beach across the street and several swimming pools, spa, bikes, etc. It's walking distance to the entire Rosemary Beach community with shops and restaurants. Parking can also be an issue as there are no dedicated parking spaces for the Inn. The bright spot was the small Summer Kitchen restaurant, where we had delicious breakfasts. More...

My family is here for a reunion. We were greeted at arrival by the owners James & Miriam. We all had a key packet with information about the Inn and surrounding area all ready. We had seen pictures of the Inn and found them to be a true representation of the Inn. My wife and I really like the decor in whites and blues with complimenting neutral colors on the furniture. The floors in the guest rooms are done in a very nice wood laminate. I could not tell if it was a porcelain wood tile or laminate. I had to ask. My wife and I stayed on the fourth floor in a small suite with a nice sitting area. For a younger family small children could use the fold out couch and all be comfortable. Our Teenagers wouldn't think of it and all had to have their own rooms. Their rooms were also decorated the same color scheme but each room had a different piece of display art work making the room unique. The king rooms are smaller but all have very nice tile bathrooms with glass shower dividers. They also have kept being green in mind with the large wall mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The paper products are U.S based Green Heritage with a Green Seal approval. I also like the Keurig coffee maker that brews one cup at a time. You usually only see these in 5 diamond properties. My wife was thrilled to see that they serve Illy coffee and not some off brand that makes brown water. |They provide a continental breakfast in (Summers Kitchen, open 3 meals a day) the morning with the room, but we found our selves wanting a full breakfast each morning and ordering off the menu. They do credit you for part of the breakfast since you opted to up grade. The French toast was with real sour dough bread and just to die for. I also had the avocado wrap one morning and was very happy. I am not sure what I am going to get tomorrow but I have no thoughts of going anywhere else. As you can see I have not checked out but just could not wait to write my review. This is a must stay in Rosemary Beach!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh ya you are just a block away from the beach (powder sugar sand) and they will set up umbrellas and lounge chairs for you when in season. |This is a must try on your next stay. We also did a 1/2 day charter on Dead Fish Charters and Larry was one of the best fishing guides I have ever had the pleasure to fish with and yes we killed them. Greater Jacks, Lesser Jacks and Vermillion. More...

This is an adorable conveniently located quaint inn just a minutes walk to the beautiful sandy Rosemary Beach. Situated in an architecturally fascinating beach community it has a European vibe with winding streets, cute boutiques and casually diversified restaurants and cafes. The Summer Kitchen was by far the most accommodating and served up a delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a nice selection of wines and beer. I was here for a family reunion and we had an incredible time! The owners Miriam and James Dillon were incredible hosts as was all the staff. Although only 11 rooms at the Inn my room had a beautiful view of the lawn looking out to the ocean. I would stay here again and highly recommend it as a vacation destination!!! This marks our second time at Rosemary Beach. The family and I stayed for a week during Spring Break in 2014, we rented a beach house in Inlet Beach just down the way from Rosemary. For our summer roadtrip, we rented a room at the Rosemary Beach Inn. Perfect location for a ton of family-centered activities...all within walking or biking distance. The greenspace just in front of the Inn allows kids to play football, kickball, frisebee or whatever else they can think of. Direct beach access to white sands and blue water, complete with complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. When checking in, you receive a "passport" which is full of coupons and discounts. Take advantage of the 10% off coupon for bike rentals, it's an easy way for the entire family to get around this quant town. You also get a card to rent movies at the machine across the street where you check in.||||Be warned that rooms on the 4th floor are accessible by stairs only...you take an elevator to the 3rd floor and then walk up one more flight. Small fridge and coffee maker in the room along with a TV, DVD and stereo...no microwave in ours. Most rooms are one king bed and a sofa. Rosemary Beach is an expensive place to visit. My husband and I wanted to enjoy the area without breaking the bank, and I felt like we got the best deal possible. We paid $350 for 2 nights. When you book your room, ask if they have any specials-- this saved us a little, although taxes added another $50.||We got a great room with a partial view of the Gulf and busy Main Street (#204). It was small, but really had everything we needed. For some reason our bed was not made after our first night, even though it's posted that it's part of housekeeping service. ||The light breakfast included with your stay is at the cafe downstairs. This includes muffins, fruit, coffee and tea. If you're looking for a fun place to stay and don't need the bells and whistles of a spa or turn-down service, this is the place for you. A piece of advice though, check-in is not on site, but is on the other side of the street from the beach in the town square. It's easy to walk to, but not with luggage. We flew in from the airport and had a cab drop us off only to realize we had to get back to town square with our bags!
