I am a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor and also a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). By working with a non-judgmental and emphatic approach, as your Counsellor I am able offer you a safe, therapeutic and confidential space to encourage your process of healing from within. I aim to support your journey towards achieving inner peace whilst respecting your autonomy, regardless of the issues/concerns bought into my counselling room.

Whether it is a personal issue, relationship problems, feelings of despair, sense of hopelessness, bereavement, divorce, redundancy, health concerns or bullying, people from all walks of life, at one point or another experience challenges and distress. This can have an impact on our emotional and psychological well-being.
