What do you love most about your job?
Helping individuals grow and businesses success with their KPI's from work that I have created or projects that I have supported with.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked a high profile corporate role within a large organisation and implemented several processes and initiatives that helped the business grow by tens of millions of pounds in revenue and increased customer and people satisfaction within the business.
My passion for delivering results through people management, sales and service, lead me to realise that I had outgrown my role within the organisation and needed to start my own business where I can see the impact more directly.
