Sugarbee Cafe & Bake Shop

Candace was great! We tried a couple of places around town for our wedding cake and ended up really enjoying the flavor Sugarbee offers as well as the environment Candace created. I am vegan and my fiancé (now husband) is definitely not, so finding a cake was going to be a bit of a challenge. My husband really like her lemon cake and strawberry filling, this ended up being our middle tier. Candace then set up a second tasting with us at no extra charge to try her vegan options. She worked up some flavors just for us as well as vegan icing to try. We ended up doing vegan vanilla for the top layer and vegan red velvet for the bottom. For taste she strongly suggested not doing fondant and just doing the icing, which was all vegan and very white.We sent her a picture of the designee wanted and she delivered. She showed up to the venue on time, add all the flower provided by our florist and was just a really sweet and genuine person the day of the event.I strongly recommend Candace and Sugarbee for all your cake needs. Seen nice unicorn cake for my baby 1st bday. Called to see if they had any pre made but unfortunately they didn’t. But to my best of luck they called back and said they can make me one like it but not exact. Got their "Classic" for breakfast and it was delicious. They have a great variety sandwiches to chose from especially those made with their fluffy waffles.

First off, inside of the bake/cafe shop is super cute and bee-utiful! The baked goods are amazing, especially the Butter Cake! The cake is crispy on the outside and soft decadent cake inside. The Queen Bee waffle sandwich was to die for! It has ham, raspberry jam and cheese and all of the ingredients work perfectly! The shop also had amazing customer service and great coffee! This bakery is fresh and inexpensive.Purchased a fresh large walnut brownie for about $2.50 and a hazelnut iced coffee for about $2. 50 as well. You can't go wrong with that.
