Jessica and I currently work for the same company. Anyone who works in cubicle world would know that with that comes potlucks! Every time we have one, our coworkers (and myself) gravitate towards Jessica's confections. Not only are they beautiful, they are some of the most delicious desserts I have tasted! Jessica puts so much care and love in to her desserts, and really digs deep to give exactly what you want. The cupcakes made for our 3 year olds birthday party were perfect! The attention to detail, quick response times to my questions and concerns were appreciated!
And the pricing was very competitive with other bakeries we explored.
I highly recommend Sugar Smitten not only for their ability to read minds and bring to life exactly what we had pictured! But also for the fact that the cupcakes were delicious, I received compliments over and over again from the other moms on how good they tasted.

Two thumbs up! We contacted Jessica to have a smash cake made for our daughter who just turned 1. She went above and beyond our expectations for sure! I described what I wanted the cake to look like and Jessica nailed it perfectly! She also did an extra cake for us to enjoy and I must say they were both delicious! I had found a picture on Pinterest with the hopes of finding someone who could replicate exactly what I wanted and that she did!

Found this lovely lady through a Facebook group and instantly fell in love with her work. I myself also do cakes and have always down our own but with my new job i haven't had time to even focus. I fell on love with the cake she made for my unicorn loving daughter it was so so so incredible that people were asking if it were a stuffed animal. Jessica made my sweet boy an amazing Star Wars cake for his first birthday party that matched the photo idea I pulled exactly, with a coordinating yoda cupcake for the birthday boy. Everyone commented on how awesome the cake was and was asking me who made it! It definitely sparked interest with the other moms! Jessica's cakes are TOP NOTCH! I gave her a challenge for my moms surprise 60th birthday party and she by far surpassed my expectations. Not only was the design unique, but when I saw it finished in person it was absolutely amazing. The detail and quality of work was just perfect. Some may think well if a cake looks so pretty does it taste good too? The cake was cooked perfect and the flavors were delicious. The mint chip was a huge hit!! This special cake was the talk of the night. And Jessica herself is such a sweetheart, listens carefully, is very understanding and willing to work around your schedule. I also like how she sent a proof drawing for approval to make sure we were on the same page. I can't wait for upcoming birthdays and events because I will be sure to go to Sugar Smitten! Since the first bite of a Sugar Smitten cake I ever had at a baby shower, I was already making a list of occasions in my head for which I *probably* needed a cake. You actually can't imagine how delicious Sugar Smitten cakes are. Jessica is SO great to work with: very communicative (really good at clarifying the little things that can completely change the outcome), patient with us newbies, & completely trustworthy. I still get warm fuzzies thinking about the cakes she created for our wedding. She even helped me come up with the perfect little cake to surprise my maid of honor for her birthday. She makes the best almond cake I have ever had and her buttercream frostings are bowl & spoon worthy. Thank you, Jessica for playing such a big part in our day! Jessica did an AMAZING job on our Wedding Cake and Cupcakes. The Fall theme was more than I could have asked for and the one tier Tree Trunk cake blew everyone away. Everyone at the wedding was in Awe that the tier was an actual cake and it fit perfectly with our tree trunk cake stands.
