Came in from out of state for a funeral. We wanted a silk flower arrangement and SuEllen's is the only shop we could find that did silks. We went the morning of the funeral, not knowing exactly what we wanted it to look like. Lady at the counter was SUPER friendly and helpful. After a few minutes talking with her and picking a color palette she made a BEAUTIFUL arrangement in 20 minutes. My husband stopped into SuEllen's yesterday to order flowers for our anniversary to be delivered today. He was told that they close at noon but they would have them delivered before then. Well, they were not delivered. He paid a lot of money for the flowers and was assured they would be delivered today. This was the first time we have ordered from them (and the last). Very disappointed to say the least. My husband called the store but it was after they were closed so he left a message.FOLLOWUP: We received a call this morning (Sunday; even though they were closed) from SuEllen, the flowers were delivered to the wrong address, 726 instead of 762. She stated that they called my husband's cell phone because nobody answered the door. There was a missed call at 8:39AM, but no voicemail. Not sure why they were calling if the flowers were delivered at 11:20AM. Anyway, she was very apologetic and offered a full refund and store credit for a next next purchase. They made a disappointing situation better by showing concern for an unhappy customer. Thank you for your prompt action and solution! I have changed my 1-star review to 3-stars. I'm sure the flowers would have been beautiful and we will definitely give them another try. I'm sure a 5-star review is on the horizon!FOLLOWUP TO MY FOLLOWUP :-) My husband drove over to 726 and THE FLOWERS WERE THERE! They are beautiful! ANDDDDDDDDDDDD SuEllen and Tom just showed up at our house...on Sunday...with the MOST beautiful roses to make up for the confusion. My husband was going to go to their shop tomorrow to let them know that he was able to retrieve the flowers from the house they were delivered to in error and that we don't need a refund. They insisted on the refund and store credit and delivered another dozen roses to boot. This is, BY FAR, the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have received from ANY company in SW Florida! You have two, new loyal customers! Thank you again!!!The first picture is of the flowers that were delivered to the wrong address and sat outside overnight (still beautiful). I order the Garden of Sweet Memories casket spray flowers for my mom's funeral. It was the most beautiful array of flowers I have ever seen. Suellen and her staff were wonderful to work with. I've been getting flowers from SuEllen's for years. Very friendly and helpful. I'm a male and don't always know what I'm looking for and they make me feel at home and help me with my order and any questions I may have. I waited til the last minute to order flowers for my girl for Valentine and they were booked for delivery but said they would make sure she got them. They had them delivered by 1 pm. Amazing!!!! SuEllen and her wonderful staff  made my gender reveal party a great success. I used them to purchase balloons which they filled and taped in my "he or she" box. They kept the surprise from me, which was a big deal. I wanted to be surprised too. The team is so wonderful and very personal. I CANNOT gush enough about Suellen's. These ladies were fabulous from start to finish. My wedding was a destination wedding, and I never stepped foot into the establishment until the day before my wedding, but Alma kept me so in the loop and treated me like an old, recurring customer and friend. There are not enough words to describe how amazing Suellens floral company is. I first met with Alma to go over my vision for the wedding and what types of flowers I would like. She was very honest about specific colors and types of flowers and led me in the right direction. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had, they communicated with my venues and were positive and kind throughout the entire experience. They delivered flowers to both the ceremony and reception space, the flowers were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. They set up the church the morning of, then took down the flowers following the ceremony and offered to add them to the reception space, which turned out gorgeous. They are truly professional and amazing to work with. Everyone told me how gorgeous the flowers were and after almost two weeks of being married some of the bouquets are still alive in vases of water.
