Sue and Baz are some of the best trainers around within Blanchardstown, D15.
Yoga sessions is a must, one of the best workouts you'll ever do and feel amazing afterwards!

Highly recommend this studio to all ages willing to get in shape, or even maintain that shape you already have..!

I've been with Sue nearly 3 years now. I had tried so many different classes, gyms, trainers and never got to where I wanted to be until then! The classes are amazing and work you so hard, no matter what one you go to! I also love my 1 on 1 PT sessions, I didn't know I could get worked so unbelievably hard in just 30 mins!! And having recently had a baby, Sue has been a great support both physically and mentally - You won't find anywhere better!! More...

I can't recommend Sue Fraser fitness enough, I joined the gym 2years ago when my fitness wasn't good at all, once I started wit sue I began to get a lot of my fitness back. Since I started in sues I have lost 2 dress sizes.

She pushes you to work harder & tells you "you can do this" in which I wood of given up so easily but I push threw it.

There is not one day that I don't come out of the gym with a sweaty face or wit a smile on my face. I also have made life long friends in here while gettin fit

For those of you that are already thinking of the New Years resolutions, I can't recommend Sue Fraser Fitness enough, I started there Jan 2 years ago and have never looked back.

Sue herself has such a vast knowledge of not only fitness but nutrition and motivation also. Her focus is on correct technique and helping people get fit and healthy the right way.

Every week I have seen improvements in my fitness levels, strength and ability to lift weights, there's nothing better than beating your own personal best and Sue will encourage you 100% along the way.

It turned me from someone who was afraid of the gym and lifting weights into someone who can't wait to get there on a Monday evening. The atmosphere is brilliant in the classes and I've made some lifelong friends in them too. Really can't recommend highly enough. Thanks Sue!

Only started with Sue Fraser about 7 weeks ago and my fitness wasn't great and haven't exercised other than walking and bit of swimming in years so had the fear factor of going into a place where everyone was really fit and snobby about newbies and I'd be lost but nothing could be further from truth - it's not a gym more like a community with really good, fun and patient instructors with top class equiptment and all so nice it almost feels like personal training! Definitely plan to continue and just about to sign up to skinny cow class in preparation for Christmas over indulgence.......as Sue says "it's all about balance!" More...

Sue has helped me recover from a very traumatic time in my life - the loss of my son. There were days I cried my eyes out during our workout, and she just kept encouraging me whilst still getting great results. She helped me function again and reconnect my brain to my body. She worked me slowly to recover from a C section, and she tailored my workout to my body size and what I was going through emotionally. I will be forever grateful to her for compassion as well as her kicking my ass when I needed it! Cannot recommend her highly enough xx More...
