Great bootcamp sessions3 times a week - I went down 2 dress sizes and lost 2 stone in my first 6 months

I have been working with Sue for 6 months now. In that time I have learnt a whole new way of eating - properly, none of these fad diets, of which I have tried a few!

She completely understands the stresses and strains of everyday life, which gives you more motivation. I have been able to carry on with my hectic social life while making correct choices, well not all the time, but most of the time. Which in turn has made me feel much healthier, I can even touch my toes now! My joints don't ache anymore and I feel I am on the correct journey.

If you want a friendly, personalised service with no pressure then I would highly recommend Sue.

Sue has a great character and understands the difference between 'I can't!' & 'It's hard!' She supports you until it's not as hard anymore and really encourages you to try. I lost 2 stone in 3 months and kept it off. Still going to further weightloss, but am amazed at my improved fitness levels and improved awareness of what I should/shouldn't eat to fuel my body. She's a pocket rocket and I'd highly recommend her if you want bespoke service. She listens to your needs and knows that one package does not suit everyone. I've also made some great friends since attending her Body Renewal Centre...the camaraderie and group support is amazing! :-) More...

We offer nutritional workshops which are 3 hours long. This provides a foundation to base new eating habits and small changes on by giving the education and explanations to why most people are eating the wrong foods when they think they are 'being good' or 'eating healthy'. It is surprising how many foods that are percieved to be 'bad for you' or unhealthy therefore, avoided by the majority of people or considered a treat which should in fact be eaten a lot more regularly.
