What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy helping people to overcome difficulties and grow in confidence and self-esteem. I like to give my clients autonomy I won't tell you what to do but find ways we can work together for you to move forward
What inspired you to start your own business?
A passion for mental health and helping people. I started as a volunteer counsellor and my clients made really good progress which was lovely to see.

I am genuine and interested in you and hope to make a difference to your well-being. I am non-judgemental and believe the counselling relationship is key to helping you to find ways to improve your life.
