January 10,2019 I am providing a follow up to my original posting. Once being made aware of my review and leaving a message to speak with someone, I was contacted by Emily (the owner). She apologized profusely and listened to all my concerns about the cleaning. Emily asked if I would be open to having them back the next day to fix what I was not satisfied with. I welcomed them back to do the cleaning. Her and the other ladies arrived promptly and immediately got to work. I would like to note that the ladies had to work around our new flooring being put in. Which is not easy to do! Once finished Emily walked around with me to ensure everything was done to my liking. I can 100% say with certainty that they did an amazing job. I am very pleased with this cleaning and my new home smells great! I would have no problem recommending Sudsy Buckets to neighbors or friends. Original posting:I am giving a one star and that is being generous in my opinion. We hired Sudsy Buckets to do a deep clean/move in on our newly purchased home. I was looking forward to an amazing cleaning and being able to unpack our things once the cleaning was completed. Well...where do I begin...blinds downstairs were never dusted or cleaned (previous owners pet hair was left on them), I am having to reclean the inside of every single cabinet (the kitchen has grease spots and food debris still in them), dripped toothpaste was left in the bathroom cabinets, the bottom of our stainless fridge still had food splatters on it, and the baseboards were never wiped clean as promised. NEVER EVER will I recommend Sudsy Buckets. I rated them on their site, tried calling to speak with someone and still no follow up. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! You’ve been warned. More...

Emily & Amy were great. They worked their a**es off . I loved the clean smell of the house, when they were done. They cleaned 7 rooms , 2 bathrooms , tile and carpeted floors , kitchen, & closets . I didn't expect them to clean the inside of my microwave . But when I opened it , it looked new. My only regret in writing this review is if they get too many customers, it might be hard for me to book another appointment for them to come back. Just kidding. You can book them and they're prompt. We’ve enjoyed having Sudsy Buckets Cleaning our home for 3 months now. The first month was Emily followed by Cara the next two. Both of these young ladies are very friendly, hardworking, accommodating and timely. Weve had two other cleaning services but timeliness and dependable service was lacking. I loved the professional emails confirming and then reminding me of my cleaning time & day which was a much needed and unexpected surprise. This is the first cleaning company that we've ever used with such a high level of technological support. The cleaners arrived on time, were pleasant and got right to work. They paid attention to the problem areas that we pointed out and left our home clean and sparkling. . I was worried that by hiring an actual company and not an individual cleaner that the prices would be too expensive. However, I was pleasantly surprised how affordable Sudsy Buckets was for the thorough, quality cleaning that was presented.
