We used Sublime Catering based on a recommendation from a friend. We hosted a garden party for our wedding and Sublime (and Michael Tong) were incredible. Michael's service was amazing, and our guests said nothing but positive things about the quality of the food and staff. Michael helped us craft exactly the menu we wanted, sourced halal meats for a portion of our guests, shipped in the exact brand of tea I wanted on short notice, and helped with extras that were in no way part of his responsibilities. And most of all, all of the food items were amazing. He designed filling and creative menu items, displayed them well, and was on top of all the small details making my life so much easier leading up to the event. I hired Sublime to cater for an awards ceremony. Michael is amazing to work with. He was very helpful with suggestions, and created a menu within our budget. We used Sublime Catering for our wedding reception this summer and couldn't be happier with the choice. Michael was very easy to work with; accommodating all of your needs and providing excellent suggestions we would not have thought of on our own. Michael allowed us to make our own food choices and get creative with the menu. Everything was superb, especially the late night poutine (roasted potatoes with Bolognese sauce and cheese curds). All of our guests were very pleased with the food and some asked for his contact information for their upcoming events. I have been lucky enough to enjoy the food from Sublime for years, first in a number of studios on photo shoot days and then as my preferred caterer for events hosted by an charitable organization here in Toronto.
